Position Description:

We are currently seeking candidates to join our successful Federal organization as an Organization Change Manager for an enterprise cybersecurity opportunity. The position involves designing and executing a strategic communications plan for a variety of government agencies who will participate in a shared service offering. We are looking for a senior resource that can evangelize the latest communication techniques and modes to provide better efficiency and solutions for program teams.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

  • Conduct Cultural Change assessments and Develop Change Management Plans that will be effective in change adoption in that client's environment.

  • Design communications plans specific to targeted stakeholder groups and develop communications that are compelling, persuasive, and visually attractive for appropriate channels.

  • Design, develop and monitor metrics that provide empirical evidence of OCM and Communications effectiveness.

  • Conduct organizational design assessments, complete necessary as-is documentation and to-be modeling.

  • Lead business process redesign efforts, executing a proven methodology and engaging stakeholders as necessary.

  • Oversee the development of business process improvements, including standards and processes and stakeholder impacts and pain points.

  • Lead executives and stakeholders to develop future state visions.

  • Establish and lead change champion networks.

  • Facilitate the definition, refining and building out of governance standards and team charters.

  • Design and develop performance-based training materials.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.

  • Expertise with change management principles and methodologies.

  • Experience developing Organizational Change Management plans and executing them.

  • Experience developing communication plans and executing them, including social media and web content.

  • Experience performing change readiness assessments.

  • Workshop facilitation including executive change leadership sessions.

  • Experience developing stakeholder analysis.

  • Experience performing organizational workforce development, design and strategic alignment.

  • Experience overcoming resistance.

  • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization, including at C-level.

  • Strong analytic and decision making abilities.

  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

  • Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project and Visio.

  • Experience working in a DevOps environment with teams.

  • Must own ability to learn fast, adapt to new technology.

  • Work with minimal supervision at client sites while operating as part of a larger team.

  • Identifying and mitigating risks.

  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Desired:

  • Previous consulting background.

  • Supporting business process re-engineering efforts including the formal documentation of business process, business rule and/or workflow documentation as well as gap analysis.

  • Project management experience, including scope, schedule and risk management experience.
