Role Summary/Purpose:

The Sr. Order Clerk will be responsible for data entry and Oracle MRP transactions to support the Hanover Park warehouse operation. In this role, you will assist different areas of the warehouse operation to support ship on time to our customers.

Essential Responsibilities:

Enter IT Tickets
Create container auditing schedule
Audit containers
Estimate containers for international shipments
Create and manage STG (WIP) inventory weekly report
Shift Supervisor Coverage
Process move orders for scrap
Resolve UOM (unit of measure) discrepancies
Oracle transactions as it relates to resolving inventory issues in WIP shipping
EHS inspections
Inventory box and pack inventory

Qualifications/Requirements:

2-year degree minimum
Minimum of 3 years of experience in materials / services / manufacturing roles
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Data entry experience
Oracle MRP knowledge desired but not required
Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) required
Time management skills, ability to adjust to changing priorities, and meet deadlines
Good communication skills
Proactive attitude and a sense of urgency with meeting role objectives
Steel Toe Shoes required

VIEW JOBS Forklift Driver-COI Hanover Park, IL, US Position Overview The truck line fork lift operator is responsible operating a fork lift for the purpose Receiving and Locating product, moving, filling customer orders and delivering them to truck line shipping in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle. Also, this position is responsible for performing a quality control check of the entire order ensuring that it is accurate. Teammates will follow all Insight policies and procedures.
