POSITION PROFILE
Provides operations functions in one or all of the following areas: operates high volume duplicating equipment, performs associated copying tasks, ships and receives product and supplies, sorts, distributes and handles incoming and outgoing mail/faxes, as well as applies necessary postage. Provides copier maintenance and/or repair of customer site equipment. May also perform bindery, QC and final check, housekeeping, file services, call center representative, and reception, etc. May performs various building support functions related to meeting set ups and light maintenance. Note: Due to the higher level of presentation and telephone skills needed to perform receptionist duties, employees performing this function are considered to be Senior On-Site Services Specialist. This position reports directly to the Site Manager, Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
* Ensures convenience copiers are working properly, checking for quality via daily inspections. Clears paper jams and informs technicians of specific problems.
* Performs all repair service on customer copier equipment.
* Maintains records for management reports and inventories of supplies needed.
* Distributes office supplies, fax transmissions and mail to company personnel and/or designated drop-off points as required.
* Calculates charges for jobs performed and maintains some billing logs.
* Responds to and coordinates all service calls required by customer.
* May perform filing duties in conjunction with specific customer requests.
* Delivers completed jobs to pre-determined customer locations within and outside of the site.
* Maintains daily meter and service logs.
* May travel between customer's buildings.
* Answers customer questions regarding status or feasibility of job requests.
* Ensures upkeep of convenience copier areas by keeping neat and well stocked.
* Performs duties related to the shipping of materials.
* Performs duties related to the receiving of materials.
* May perform meeting room and conference room set ups.
* May perform building occupant moves within assigned facilities.
* May perform re-lamping and light maintenance duties as assigned.
* May perform occasional cleaning duties as needed.
* May require periodic overtime on nights and weekends, including off-hour emergency response.
* Uses shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, hole driller, bindery equipment, jogger, tape machine, stackers, electric stapler and scales in completion of various jobs contracted.
* Uses all copier equipment, calculator, fax machine, postage meter and some PC.
* Performs filing duties, which may include 'purging' and archiving old documents.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
* Requires high school diploma or GED and1-2 years of related work experience.
* Some related copy job experience is preferred.
* May require valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per Ricoh.

We partner with schools, districts, and after-school programs to provide a service or mix of services including on-site coaches, professional training for school staff who support recess, and consultative partnerships. Here's where you come in: In the role of Site Coordinator, you provide on-site consultation by teaming up with elementary school staff who support recess. You work directly with a designated school recess team to model and teach the strategies, games, and systems to develop and sustain a positive recess culture. In partnership with the school, Site Coordinators create opportunities where students and school staff are active, learn leadership skills and conflict resolutions tools, and practice respectful and inclusive behavior. Specifically you will have Program Implementation, Coaching, and School Partnership duties as follows- Program implementation duties * Plan and implement a consultative play-based program at four public elementary schools. * Deliver onsite coaching, consultation, and modeling to School Personnel regarding implementation of the following components. * Recess - with School Personnel create and coach recess staff to develop a safe and inclusive playground yard and be a significant presence on the yard by organizing and playing large games with 20+ students as well as role modeling positive behavior. * Student leadership program – with School Personnel organize a "Junior Coach" student leadership program by facilitating trainings as well as coaching recess staff to supervise and manage Junior Coaches during recess. * Instructional classes - lead instructional classes with elementary grade levels students and their teacher in skills building, cooperative games, and activities to increase awareness of rules, boundaries, skills utilized and cultural expectations at recess. * Maintain communication between Playworks staff, school staff, teachers, and volunteers * Collect and maintain paperwork including organizing daily, weekly, monthly schedules, meeting agendas, notes and data. * Plan and implement the learning units and recess staff trainings for program components. * Support regional team and national program department with development of programmatic learning and management resources. * Support Playworks local training efforts. * Become certified to deliver Playworks trainings (specifically Power of Play & Group Management 1, Recess Implementation, Recess Reboot Trainings) and deliver locally as needed to support professional development team during high sales seasons. Coaching duties * Model Playworks core values, program implementation, group management, and rapport building strategies for School Personnel. * Provide School Personnel with action plans, goals setting, and feedback regarding program implementation. * Lead monthly meetings with School Personnel to discuss best practices for program implementation and program quality goals. * Provide Playworks Program Manager with observation notes and program strategy for program quality consultation priorities to school. * Facilitate trainings with Program Manager for school staff. School Partnership duties * Consistently represent Playworks' brand in a professional manner. * Design program schedule with input and support from school administration. * Communicate with school administration regarding program implementation logistics and management support needs. * Facilitate school's transition to other Playworks trainings, programs, and products in preparation for future school year. * Showcase Playworks services in additional prospective schools to assist with an existing school recruitment strategy for growing TeamUp services within the region. * Manage school partnerships and support partnership renewals If you're a good fit for this position, you already know most of what this job entails.
