Office Administrator, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations.

Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer s success is driving our growth.

The Sr.

Office Administrator will provide on-site administrative support and coordination to a complex contract, project or task(s). Oversees the administrative and clerical functions of assigned contracts, projects, or tasks.

Maintains office records and files. May collect time sheets and other personnel records or paperwork for corporate and government processing. Performs other duties as assigned, such as Human Resources, Facilities, and Security functions. The successful candidate will provide on-site administrative support and coordination to a Deputy Director.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Managing calendars, answering telephones, reviewing documents (including professional documents, memorandums, awards, OPRs, etc).

Making travel preparations (experience with eTrip is desired).

Maintaining office staff phone contact lists, managing vehicle and parking pass log book.

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.

Position Requirements:

Requires Bachelor s degree or equivalent and two to four years of related experience.

Thorough understanding of administrative processes.

Must be very responsive to tasking and able to work well independently and in groups.
