Sr Offering Mgmt Director

The Sr. Director, Offering Management will have overall responsibility for Portfolio and Offering Management inclusive of Portfolio and Offering Strategy, Velocity Product Development(VPD), Pricing and offering launch. This leader will be accountable for organic growth by accelerating speed to market for innovations and increasing end-to-end customer value. She will drive the overall strategy and direction for the product or solutions portfolio. Will guide product managers who work across all facets of business to drive not only demand but also full P&L performance of the portfolio.
Initially this role will be based in Fort Mill, SC with the potential to move to the Greater Charlotte area in the near future.

YOU MUST HAVE
MBA is preferred
Significant understanding and demonstrated success in strategic marketing
Experience with design thinking principles and agile offering development practices as applied to a commercial environment
Strong in leading teams across the NPI cycle
Significant ability to champion and create a sense of urgency for pricing strategy initiatives
Detail oriented with an ability to handle competing priorities
