The SAP practice at Fujitsu America is looking for motivated professionals with SAP experience. Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Technical support and solutions related to implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft Directory Services (on Prem) and Azure AD (Cloud).

  • Solving problems or deploying Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure, including Azure AD hybrid cloud deployments.

  • Engaging with stakeholders in deploying, operating and optimizing Azure AD Hybrid and Azure AD in the cloud.

  • Familiar with the Azure Portal, built-in RBAC Administrator roles including License Admin Roles.

  • Experience in implementing, or supporting Microsoft products in a medium to large enterprise.

  • Creating and using Azure AD PowerShell scripts to automate tasks.

  • Experience with Azure Polices, Compliance, and O365 Groups.

  • Experience with Create New Azure AD Group for Managing External users.

  • Add User/ Remove User From/To Existing Azure AD Group.

  • Assign/Release Azure and Office 365 License for local and global Users.

  • Knowledge and experience of Azure AD Premium Plans.

  • Weekly/Monthly Azure AD (Office 365) related Reports.

  • Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users and service desk teams.

  • Update, contribute, and maintain local SharePoint team sites as procedures/documentation change.

Relevant Certifications:

  • Microsoft Azure AD (MCP, MCSA)
  • Microsoft Office 365 (MCP, MCSA)
  • Microsoft MCSE or equivalent
  • IT Service Management ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.

Technical Skills: * Microsoft Exchange Server, Skype for Business, OneDrive for Business and SharePoint services. * Office 365 with focus on Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online MS Teams and Tenant . * Office 365 support, maintenance and administration (Account provisioning, migration to O365, distribution group creation, license activation). Strong skills with using the Admin Portal. * Troubleshooting O365 account, startup issues and ActiveSync configurations for Mobile Messaging Services. * O365 Reporting, Health Status and Upcoming Evergreen changes with recommendations. * Technical support with our Service Desk/ Engineering Teams. * Assist with configurations, PowerShell scripts, baseline policies and backup/DR processes. * Provide technical guidance for migration, configuration and deployment of Office 365, Windows 10, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect, AD Federation and E&MS services across the organization. * Create user guides and instructional documents for end-users and service desk teams. * Update, contribute, and maintain local SharePoint team sites as procedures/ documentation change. * Responsible for L3 Technical Support, Service Improvements, reporting, automation and developments for O365. * PoC Migration of mailboxes and services to Office 365 including Exchange Online, Skype for Business and SharePoint. * Preparations of Office 365 for Microsoft Surface Hubs. * Identity Sync and Federation. * Microsoft Licensing. This service involves working with the following technologies and products: Office 365, Azure Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, Exchange Online, Yammer Enterprise, Delegate 365, Skype for Business Online and On-premise, SharePoint Online, Delve, Sway, Office Online, OneDrive for Business, Office ProPlus Certifications desired: * Microsoft Office 365 (MCP, MCSA) * Microsoft MCSE (Messaging, Office 365) * IT Service Management ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
