Under the direction of the Network Manager, the Senior Network Analyst manages the enterprise infrastructure network for the firm. Responsibilities include: managing enterprise infrastructure network, managing key infrastructure voice, video, and security applications, analyzing performance and capacity data, and ensures environments are highly secured through implementation of technologies that aligns with business practices and security needs.
Senior Network Analyst Responsibilities
Planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Infrastructure Enterprise Systems (including Cisco routers, switches, wireless networking, VPNs, firewalls and network security) in a high-availability environment
Planning, design, implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice systems
Performs maintenance and support of network infrastructure, including hardware and software installations
Provides leadership in technical standards, security standards and operational assurance
Provides advanced knowledge in design and architecture to business and technology projects
Monitors performance of all network devices and security issues to maintain established SLA's
Analyses network trends for anomalies and makes suggestions for future growth
Schedules hardware/software upgrades and changes
Provides support to our associated IT groups and business associates
Interfaces with key vendors
Participates in 7x24 On-Call Support Rotation
Researches trends in technology for infrastructure, systems and solutions
Project Team Participation Responsibilities
Approaches all problems and projects with a high level of professionalism, objectivity and an open mind to new ideas and solutions.
Analyzes and identifies areas where automation can be used in the deployment of new technology to support effective resource management.
Other Administrative Responsibilities

Develops and maintains quality relationships with appropriate vendor technical resources.
