Summary

Under the direction of the Network Manager, the Senior Network Analyst manages the enterprise infrastructure network for the firm. Responsibilities include: managing enterprise infrastructure network, managing key infrastructure voice, video, and security applications, analyzing performance and capacity data, and ensures environments are highly secured through implementation of technologies that aligns with business practices and security needs.

Senior Network Analyst Responsibilities

  • Planning, design, implementation, and maintenance of Infrastructure Enterprise Systems (including Cisco routers, switches, wireless networking, VPNs, firewalls and network security) in a high-availability environment

  • Planning, design, implementation and maintenance of Microsoft Teams Enterprise Voice systems

  • Performs maintenance and support of network infrastructure, including hardware and software installations

  • Provides leadership in technical standards, security standards and operational assurance

  • Provides advanced knowledge in design and architecture to business and technology projects

  • Monitors performance of all network devices and security issues to maintain established SLA's

  • Analyses network trends for anomalies and makes suggestions for future growth

  • Schedules hardware/software upgrades and changes

  • Provides support to our associated IT groups and business associates

  • Interfaces with key vendors

  • Participates in 7x24 On-Call Support Rotation

  • Researches trends in technology for infrastructure, systems and solutions

Project Team Participation Responsibilities

  • Approaches all problems and projects with a high level of professionalism, objectivity and an open mind to new ideas and solutions.

  • Analyzes and identifies areas where automation can be used in the deployment of new technology to support effective resource management.

Other Administrative Responsibilities

  • Takes ownership of career development through self-assessment and self-improvement.

  • Manages time and expense reporting for self in accordance with CLA standards.

  • Contributes to CLA's continual process improvement.

  • Develops and maintains quality relationships with appropriate vendor technical resources.

  • Performs other duties as may be reasonable and necessary.

  • Works with leadership to develop continuous self-learning plan and to match skills, interests and values to opportunities that exist within the firm.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in an IT related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in planning, design and implementation role, architecting and implementing high-availability infrastructure technologies with emphasis on a specific area of infrastructure technologies.

Other Qualifications

  • Ability to travel when required.

VIEW JOBS 7/26/2021 12:00:00 AM 2021-10-24T00:00 JOB SUMMARY The Spectrum Sr. Account Executive (Sr. AE) is responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium sized businesses within a specified territory. The Sr. AE is also responsible for providing subject matter expertise (Product Knowledge, Systems Knowledge, Sales Process Knowledge) within the sales team and for mentoring the other employees on the team. Primary services sold include coax delivered Internet, video and voice. Ancillary services include custom hosting, desktop security, data back-up, data storage, managed security, managed internet router, toll free, additional email addresses, static IPs and more. The Sr. AE achieves sales and revenue goals through successful prospecting for new customers as well as the successful sale of bundled services to new customers. The Sr. AE is responsible for generating all sales leads through a variety of prospecting tactics and working every lead from initial contact to sale. The Sr. AE is responsible for the development and implementation of a Territory Plan (under the instruction of the Sales Manager) which is designed to expand the customer base within their assigned territory. AE is 100% focused on generating new Internet, voice and video customers. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience Place orders through order management software. Work with Account Coordinator in the event the order cannot be automated to ensure that all necessary administrative work necessary to support sales activities including sales orders, contracts, billing forms and sales reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Hand off customer service and non-sales related client inquiries to the Customer Service department; focus on selling Have a complete understanding of Spectrum Business coax services, rates (individual and bundled) and applicable taxes Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge. Practice selling skills with and mentor Account Executives regularly.
