Senior .Net Developer 24-00082 Richmond, VA (Right to hire) - Must be local to Richmond VA area 1 year contract with right to hire Hybrid position 3 days onsite 2 days remote - (local to Richmond VA area) 65.00-70.00 per hour W2 No corp to corp or 3rd party agencies We are seeking a Senior .Net Developer who will be responsible for managing, encoding, and analyzing complex software requirements to design and develop high quality components using the .NET Core framework. The Senior Developer is expected to ensure that programming best practices are being followed, prioritize work effectively and write system documentation when required.

The senior .Net Developer successful candidate strong communication skills to be effective in both technical and business requirement discussions. Ideal candidates will have 8-10 yrs. or more of .Net Web application development. As well as experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks JQuery, React, Angular or Blazor, CSS3, and HTML5 experience.

Primary responsibilities include: Develop applications and backend services using C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Java Script, JQuery, Angular JS, Node.js, CSS, Blazor. .NetCore Develop appropriate software design patterns to attain high reusability and maintainability. Perform effective unit tests and integration tests to ensure high quality software delivery.

Knowledge of system design patterns, tiered architecture, and testing practices. Knowledge of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function. Collaborate with project business and system analysts to clarify the requirements and then implement them.

Best development practices in Agile SDLC Top Skills Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. 8-10 years of overall development skills Application development experience and fluency with JavaScript including frameworks JQuery, React, Angular or Blazor, CSS3 and HTML5 ASP.NET MVC, Web API, Java Script, JQuery, Angular JS, Node.js, CSS and .Net Core Automated Builds using Microsoft Team Foundation Agile SDLC best practices. Pluses include Oracle SQL Server Database PL/SQL and using Oracle Database Process automation and troubleshooting.
