As a Sr. Brand Marketing Manager on the National Marketing team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Support the development and implementation of comprehensive brand specific national marketing strategies, tactics and programs that align with the overarching Neighborly strategy.

  • Execute and continuously improve the Brand Management System, working with the marketing leadership team to optimize marketing effectiveness. This system includes go to market planning process, communication protocols, results tracking, competitive monitoring, Advisory Council rules of engagement, and more.

  • Develop and executes amazing, national branded consumer experiences through marketing programs.

  • Evaluate marketing investment and programs based on business objectives and target consumers via channels to ensure best allocation of resources; continuously improve effectiveness and ROI of programs.

  • Ensure that all brand marketing initiatives and tactical plans are aligned with national and local brand strategy, franchise owner objectives, and executed flawlessly, on time and within budget.

  • Build and maintain key relationships with key agencies, partners, and cross functional teams to achieve goals.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional Marketing experience

  • Effectively leverage resources including marketing verticals (digital, PR, CRM, creative), cross functional partners (IT, legal, accounting) and external resources (agencies, vendors) to grow the brand and support our franchisees.

  • Participate in franchise marketing advisory committee activities in collaboration with the Brand Presidents.

  • Develop marketing content for brand conferences and other key meetings.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional project team (including representatives from Marketing Leadership, Operations, Training, Digital, Creative, Communications and franchisees)

  • Support the development of brand strategic perspectives - providing consumer insight and market research for development of tactics.

  • Responsible for supporting strategic brand initiatives as developed annually in brand planning.

  • Skills:

  • Strong track record of delivering results in a high growth environment, with the ability to interpret, analyze and present metrics and trends

  • Possess excellent diplomatic skills and relationship building qualities

  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to influence at all levels within the organization

  • Ability to think critically and to interpret and apply processes across many different areas

  • Ability to think critically and to interpret and recommend process improvements across marketing operations and franchise owner support

  • Tech savvy and enthusiastic learner (keeping ahead of ever-changing marketing landscape)

  • Education: Four-year college degree in Marketing or related field

  • Schedule / in-office requirements: Hybrid in Irving, Texas or Remote
