Location: Indianapolis Indiana Security Clearance:
None / Not Required Raytheon IIS is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) whose role will include, but not limited to, developing material strategies; preparing and executing Material Program Plans (MPPs); identifying and mitigating program risks and opportunities as they pertain to material requirements; managing all program material proposal activities; achieving program material budget objectives; managing program purchase requirements to the SAP (MRP) lead time schedule; participating in R6 projects (both Supply Chain and program); resolving Supply Chain issues for the program and resolving program material cost problems.
This individual will be the primary Supply Chain point of contact for the APG-65 Radar Repairs programs for both domestic and FMS customers.
This individual will be responsible for the labor and material cost and schedule, along with meeting program commitments for customer and Raytheon cost and schedule.
This individual will be responsible for tracking program risks and opportunities and working well within a collaborative environment with changing priorities.
This individual must be a self-starter and a good communicator and able to develop and present Supply Chain information to SC, program and customer leadership.
Required Skills: 4+ years of applicable experience preferably in a govt contractor environment similar to Raytheon Strong knowledge of supply chain and related systems along with material procurement Proven ability to be a self-starter and quick learner, capable of supporting efforts to achieve Desired
Ability to work in an IPT environment Knowledge of material receiving, material estimating and finance Required Education (including Major): Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics or similar, or equivalent combination of education and experience (Bachelor Degree = 8 years of additional applicable experience). 112632 Raytheon is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
