Sr. Mobile Application Development Lead

Location: Euless, TX

We have an awesome new job opening for a Sr. Mobile Application Development Lead to work onsite at our client's corporate headquarters in Euless, Texas.

The Sr. Mobile Application Development Lead will report directly to the Director of Development and be responsible for all phases of the software development lifecycle in developing mobile applications that aim to revolutionize our industry. Utilizing leading edge technologies and agile methodology, this role will work closely with business leadership, partners and customers to rapidly design, develop and deliver mobile solutions. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated technical professional that is well versed in mobile application development and user experience to create cutting-edge solutions for our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Work closely with our Customers to support, develop, and implement scalable, robust solutions that increase efficiencies and improve the user experience.

o Utilize agile methodology to plan sprints and launches and iterate based on user feedback.

o Manage feature prioritization, scoping and costs & timeline estimates.

o Responsible for planning, staffing and aiding the activities of software developers, engineers, architects, and analysts.

o Manage on-site and off-shore development team.

o Responsible for managing the full software development lifecycle and will lead requirements gathering and documentation, development and testing activities.

o Ensure that the team goals align with Customers' needs.

o Coordination of user group meetings across Customers and departments.

o Identify and proactively mitigate issues and risks around daily operations, projects, and production applications.

REQUIREMENTS:

o 8+ years of technical experience in a variety of system environments.

o 3+ years of mobile application development lead experience.

o 4+ years' experience with modern JS frameworks; we primarily utilize Angular, Ember, React, and jQuery.

o Angular and Iconic experience required.

o Bachelor's degree.

o Experience in all aspects of launching and managing mobile & web products.

o Proven track record for successfully delivering projects in an agile environment.

o Strong software development/engineering background in cross-platform mobile app development (Angular & Ionic, React Native).

o Experience working in an AWS cloud environment and related Dev Ops.

o Experience using AWS CloudFront to host web version of hybrid mobile apps.

o Experience with GIT source code management.

o Experience with developing and utilizing REST web services.

o Knowledge of relational and No SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, MS-SQL, etc.

o Knowledge of Ruby on Rails web development a plus.

o Understanding of test-driven and/or behavior-driven development (TDD/BDD).

o Strong communication skills dealing with all levels of the organization.

Each Sr. Clinical Trial Lead leads 2 or more CTTs for studies of medium complexity in support of one or more projects. * Contribute medical/scientific/feasibility input for the development of the protocol synopsis. * Collaborate with the Medical Advisors to ensure country feedback is adequately integrated into the protocol. * Independently ensure quality and timely execution of a clinical trial within timeline and budget * Accountable for the development, management and tracking of trial budget. * Accountable for accuracy of trial information in all trial databases and tracking systems * Write scientifically rigorous protocols aligned with the approved protocol synopsis. * Lead CTT to select countries and sites. * Ensure investigational product supply * Ensure Health Authority and IRB/IEC submission and approval * Ensure all auxiliary documents, including manual of procedures, informed consent template, investigator brochure, statistical analysis plan, data validation plan, etc. are written in high quality and available. * Define clinical outsourcing specifications and scope of work for clinical trial vendors.
