To this end, we are looking for a Sr Marketing Manager - Employer Brand & Creative Development to own and drive the brand strategy and creative development. We are looking for a results-oriented, dynamic, and savvy brand marketer to lead and deliver exceptional brand & creative strategy to meet our business outcomes. This is a team leader position where you will work with your team to focus on marketing and advertising strategy, campaign development management, and communication briefs. This includes setting brand vision, creating our core style guides, and overseeing internal and external day-to-day deliverables across our spaces. You'll own brand planning, partner relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
This role requires an individual to have a passion for brands, be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, enjoy delivering results, and be motivated by a fast-paced environment. He or she will know how to build brands and leverage multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand growth. Being able to bring both an eye for quality content that generates the best CX and critical thinking to drive efficiencies in marketing workflows will also help this leader be successful.
Build and manage the brand strategy, positioning and visual identity for hourly employer brand.
Lead a team of designer, copywriter, and strategist to ideate and develop innovative, effective, and 360 marketing experiences that tell stories, communicate job benefits, to attract and convert candidates.
Lead day-to-day creative and holistic design thinking across diverse campaigns, engagement features, driving the direction, style, and methodology.
Lead cross-discipline design workshops, strategic discussions, and reviews with peers, partners, and senior leaders.
Partner with our candidate and market research teams to intake and synthesize customer insights and data into creative that is impactful to the candidate and delivers measurable results.
Have a strong POV and creative vision along with a clear, concise ability to provide direction to their team, internal and external partners.
Craft high level creative strategies and briefs and presentation decks, along with sketches and comps that communicate concepts and campaigns.
Elevate the creative output of inhouse team or agency/production company vendor to ensure that all marketing assets meet a high level of creativity, innovation and brand association on time and within budget.
Solve for business, customer, and stakeholder requirements while building creative that is unique, stunning and effective.
