Associate Attraction team is on the front line of that mission by attracting & hiring the hourly associates who make that mission a reality. The Associate Attraction team generates demand for the Amazon hourly brand, and converts that interest into new hires to meet the growing need for hundreds of thousands of hourly Operations team members. To this end, we are looking for a Sr Marketing Manager - Employer Brand & Creative Development to own and drive the brand strategy and creative development. We are looking for a results-oriented, dynamic, and savvy brand marketer to lead and deliver exceptional brand & creative strategy to meet our business outcomes. This is a team leader position where you will work with your team to focus on marketing and advertising strategy, campaign development management, and communication briefs. This includes setting brand vision, creating our core style guides, and overseeing internal and external day-to-day deliverables across our spaces. You'll own brand planning, partner relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.

This role requires an individual to have a passion for brands, be comfortable with ambiguity, have strong attention to detail, enjoy delivering results, and be motivated by a fast-paced environment. He or she will know how to build brands and leverage multi-channel marketing strategies to drive brand growth. Being able to bring both an eye for quality content that generates the best CX and critical thinking to drive efficiencies in marketing workflows will also help this leader be successful.


  • Build and manage the brand strategy, positioning and visual identity for hourly employer brand.

  • Lead a team of designer, copywriter, and strategist to ideate and develop innovative, effective, and 360 marketing experiences that tell stories, communicate job benefits, to attract and convert candidates.

  • Lead day-to-day creative and holistic design thinking across diverse campaigns, engagement features, driving the direction, style, and methodology.

  • Lead cross-discipline design workshops, strategic discussions, and reviews with peers, partners, and senior leaders.

  • Partner with our candidate and market research teams to intake and synthesize customer insights and data into creative that is impactful to the candidate and delivers measurable results.

  • Have a strong POV and creative vision along with a clear, concise ability to provide direction to their team, internal and external partners.

  • Craft high level creative strategies and briefs and presentation decks, along with sketches and comps that communicate concepts and campaigns.

  • Elevate the creative output of inhouse team or agency/production company vendor to ensure that all marketing assets meet a high level of creativity, innovation and brand association on time and within budget.

  • Solve for business, customer, and stakeholder requirements while building creative that is unique, stunning and effective.

We are looking for a senior production manager to lead a team of production designers, oversee projects and efficiently manage production to ensure on-brand deliverables. The ideal candidate has marketing experience in creating and producing multi-channel campaigns with high volume media placements, ad sizes and specs (offline and online). This person must be diligent to leverage multiple brand guidelines and ensure the work produced remains consistent throughout the creative production cycle. They enjoy working closely with creatives (copywriters, art directors, strategist), helping source and secure asset rights, to successfully deliver against expectations. In addition to having a sharp branding eye and love for design systems, to be successful in this role an operational mindset is required, be able to remove bottlenecks to keep deliverables moving, create a scalable model for this team to handle growth and high volume periods to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities * Balance lots of moving pieces on very tight, concurrent timelines using capacity planning for staff and vendors. * Identify opportunities/solutions for automation and outsourcing, and implement such solutions * Collaborate with Brand and Creative Leads to identify work that can be expedited via the Production team. This includes defining what kind of work is production work and partnering with project manager to create processes or workflows to ensure the team is being optimally utilized in a predictable way. * Manage brand consistency, development and execution of work based on established design system; has good eye for details in branding. * Exercise exceptional problem solving and escalation management. * Establish clear estimates and timelines for requested work with creative lead and their design team.
