  • BS degree in computer science, related degree or equivalent experience.
  • Current MCSD App Builder Certification
  • Experience with HTML and CSS development
  • Experience with ASP.NET Framework using C#
  • Experience with Angular, React, or related JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience with offline HTML5 web applications (AppCache and Service Workers)
  • Experience with HTML5 data storage (Web Storage and IndexedDB)
  • Experience with PWA and mobile development
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Azure cloud implementation and application development
  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (ES5 and ES6)
  • Experience with Containerization using platforms such as Vagrant, Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience with source and version control tools including GIT, TFS, etc.
  • Experience with .NET ASP.NET MVC and Web API
  • Required Microsoft Certified prof.

Also require active participation in loan reviews and credit discussions with stakeholders. Assist manager in training or guidance to junior staff members from time to time. Be responsive to loan officers and other loan staff to support the loan closing process.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><ul><li><p>Develop and analyze credit information:</p></li><li><p>Determine what financial documents are needed.</p></li><li><p>Review financial statements and tax returns for completeness and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Perform an in-depth financial statement analysis.</p></li><li><p>Research debt and deposit relationships from all internal bank systems.</p></li><li><p>Spread financials to generate common sized reports, financial ratios and trend reports.</p></li><li><p>Evaluate and analyze above reports.</p></li><li><p>Understand and use tax returns for credit evaluation.</p></li><li><p>Prepare in-depth cash flow analysis of companies and individuals.</p></li><li><p>Interpret Credit Bureau reports.</p></li><li><p>Determine the need for more thorough investigations, contacts appropriate sources.</p></li><li><p>Analyze collateral value through use of receivables aging, real estate appraisals, etc.</p></li><li><p>Identify strengths and weakness of credit analyzed.</p></li><li><p>Assign and substantiate appropriate risk rating to each credit.</p></li><li><p>Prepare a Profitability Model based on proposed banking relationship.</p></li><li><p>Prepare and present an accurate summary analysis, recommend loan structure, and summarize borrower's creditworthiness.</p></li><li><p>Review collateral and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy.</p></li><li><p>Become familiar with characteristics of various industries and business structures and sustain continual research.</p></li><li><p>Understand and evaluate residential and commercial real estate appraisals, including use of a fair capitalization rate.</p></li><li><p>Become familiar with governing regulations (USPAP) in order to prepare appraisal reviews.</p></li><li><p>Follow up with appraiser for missing information or lack of documentation.</p></li><li><p>Become familiar with commercial loan policy manual, apply policies and report policy exceptions.</p></li><li><p>Become familiar with the Uniform Commercial Code and other loan documentation related to lien perfection and protection of Company's collateral.</p></li><li><p>Serve as a liaison to regulators, appraisers, borrowers, and internal/external auditors.</p></li><li><p>Review credit memos to track and monitor exceptions to bank policy manual.</p></li><li><p>Assist the residential mortgage area in analyzing self-employed people and perform agency audits, as needed.</p></li><li><p>Provide analytical support to various departments throughout the Company, as needed.</p></li><li><p>Perform independent validation of risk rating and loan authority component of loan funding in accordance with FDICIA and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, as needed.</p></li><li><p>Respect highly sensitive nature of position and treats all information in a confidential manner.</p></li><li><p>All other duties as assigned.</p></li></ul><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li><p>A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance (or an Associate's Degree plus two (2) years' of experience.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of five (5) years' banking or related field experience.</p></li><li><p>Excellent verbal and written communication.</p></li><li><p>Working knowledge of microcomputer systems, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Baker Hill Statement Analyzer software.</p></li><li><p>Current knowledge of techniques necessary to analyze business financial conditions including an acute awareness of the implications that financial and non-financial factors can have in assessing a borrower's ability to service debt obligations.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to progress within a company's credit department with increasing responsibility and able to work independently.</p></li></ul><p>Physical Requirements:</p><p>Requires the ability to lift 0-10lbs. on a frequent basis.
