Branch is seeking an experienced individual to lead the L&D/Talent Management function globally. This is an opportunity to build and scale a growth culture through onboarding, Sales & Customer Success enablement, leadership development and broad-based career development programs. The individual will report to the Head of People and be based in Redwood City, CA.

What you'll do:

  • Develop, lead and execute the development strategy for Branch

  • Partner with executive department leaders including Sales, Customer Success & Support, Engineering and Product to identify and align on business priorities

  • Continue to grow a culture of development at Branch through feedback, manager engagement and career development programs

  • Improve time to productivity across the company and for critical roles with scalable onboarding programs

  • Build deep leadership strength with managers in role as well as potential future managers

  • Master broad knowledge of the Branch platform, underlying technology and customers

  • Create metrics and evaluation tools to continuously improve development outcomes

  • Select and implement a global LMS

We're looking for someone with:

  • Minimum BA/BS and 10+ years relevant experience, including experience setting strategy and owning L&D and Talent Management programs from conception through execution

  • Prior people management experience with a strong commitment to employee growth and development for their own team

  • A strong focus on diversity that they integrate through everything that they do

  • A business-focused orientation, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach

  • Strong foundations in curriculum design, relevant learning/cognitive principles

  • Strong abilities in program/project management as well as presentation and deliver

  • Experience beyond L&D including leadership talent assessment, executive development, high potential programs and broad-based career development

  • Ability to partner with and influence senior leaders

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with sales or post-sales enablement

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company

  • Experience developing or managing a certification program

  • Experience with a highly technical product
