POSITION TITLE: SENIOR MANAGER TESTING / QUALITY ASSURANCE

DEPARTMENT: STRATEGIC INITIATIVE OFFICE

  • POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline which includes automated testing and quality assurance experience required

  • Master of Business Administration preferred

  • Five to seven years of practical experience in the analysis, development and implementation and integration for systems which includes practical experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst required

  • IT supervisory or management experience required.

  • Seven to ten years of supervisory or management experience with Quality Assurance and Testing group preferred.

  • Knowledge of quality assurance tools and techniques and test automation tools and techniques required

  • Familiarity with SDLC required

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Team foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager (MTM) preferred

  • Familiarity with systems and business processes pertaining to buy-side investment management preferred

MAJOR DUTIES:

  • Establish and implement centralized testing and quality assurance strategy and framework for technology division.

  • Define, manage and support the systems, processes and technologies used by the team to perform:

  • Test strategies, plans, and scripts

  • Test Automation development

  • Process and procedures

  • Strategic and product roadmaps for the technologies employed.

  • Maintain working procedures and control points related to Testing and Quality Assurance. Validate regulatory to ensure compliance and audit standards and guidelines are met.

  • Collaborate with peers with in the Division to coordinate enhancements, problems and strategies.

  • Manage team of Quality Assurance Analysts and Test Automation Specialists

HOURS/LOCATION:

  • 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (overtime as required)
  • Warrendale location (required to work at other location as needed)
