The Opportunity

• The Sr. Manager

• Global IT Procurement will work under the guidance of the Director of Global IT Procurement on continuing to build a sustainable procurement capability for all IT categories across all of the Qurate Retail Group's global businesses, including QVC (all markets), HSN and Cornerstone Brands. using Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other tools for all IT indirect categories. You will review the current supply base, and try to develop new supply sources where current vendors are not meeting expectations. The Sr. Manager will also make recommendations on rationalizing the supply base, while maintaining leverage. You will monitor all important indicators related to assigned categories, reviewing spend and industry trends frequently to ensure appropriate strategies are in place. In partnership with the ITAM Manager, the Sr. Manager will also help mitigate exposure and risk from software audits through thoughtful negotiation and remediation efforts. You will work closely with leadership and partners across all brands to develop defined processes of how and when to engage Corporate Procurement. The Manager will lead a team of high performing buyers and senior buyers and provide ongoing management, coaching and support.

• This positoin is hybrid-remote, and based in West Chester, PA.

Your Impact

• Work with leadership and partners to develop a sustainable procurement organization to redefine how we "buy" goods and services at across Qurate Retail Group. Understand the current business model, important decision makers and influencers by partnering with the business to ensure market competitive pricing. Aid in the acquisition process (developing and negotiating) and driving Total Procurement Value

• Work with Director of Global IT Procurement to review category spend to evaluate the best sourcing approach for assigned spend categories.

• Evaluate current suppliers and develop new suppliers based on quality, service, reliability, price, innovation, and value added capabilities, as well as the supplier's reputation and history.

• Partner with E-level leadership within IT to develop forecasts & budgets for each respective area within the department to ensure overall plan is delivered.

• Partner with ITAM Manager on software publisher audits to ensure best possible outcome for QRG. This includes coordinating efforts across multiple services and sub functions (IT, ITAM, Legal) to ensure, thoughtful, and targeted communication to software publishers. Develop negotiation strategy for all possible outcomes of audits to improve unforeseen monetary penalties.

• Build, Support, and Develop a Procurement team to work with partners across all Qurate Retail Group brands including QVC (all markets), HSN and Cornerstone Brands to achieve The best Procurement goals and allow Procurement to accomplish its vision of becoming a sought after partner.

What You Bring

• 10+ years experience in a Global Procurement role with a focus on IT Procurement and Asset Management

• 10+ years experience developikng a sourcing calendar for all categories managed.

• 10+ progressive years leading the procurement lifecycle.

• 10+ years experience building and benchmarking sourcing strategies.

Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
