With 2.2 million associates and 4000+ stores, Walmart's People Analytics team deals with an inordinate amount of data and is responsible for generating both HR and Store operations insights. The team supports various leaders and stakeholders ranging from the CEO to store associates.

Generates insights combining internal and external data sources to further enhance decision making.
Finds ways to effectively visualize information according to specific purposes (e.g., trends vs. point in time analysis) for multiple subject areas and has the ability to communicate the significance of the insights identified in a compelling story that business can easily understand.
Has in-depth knowledge of the industry and multiple business functional areas.
Works closely with vendors to execute proof of technology and proof of concepts.
Remains up-to-date on the latest visualizations and features available in the business intelligence (BI) tool and can apply the new learnings to technical solutions.
Helps define the corporate vision for the usage of common enterprise/divisional data. Defines and orchestrates reporting data (or reporting metadata) policies, standards, nomenclature and attributes of data elements and related business processes for Walmart
Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 year's experience leading project teams to solve problems.
2 years' experience delivering projects in an agile manner and leveraging systems such as Jira and service now.
2 years experience leading project teams in information systems, replenishment, human resources, store operations, strategy innovations, or related areas.
3 years' experience managing multiple projects.
1 year experience in engineering, mathematics, computer science, supply chain, or related field.
3 years' experience leading cross-functional teams.
3 years' experience using data visualization tool such as Tableau, data preparation tool such as Alteryx.
Hands-on experience developing forecasting and predictive analytics.
