The Pratt & Whitney Transformation Office was formed to ideate and drive enterprise-wide change toward the workplace of the future. The P&W Transformation Finance team is seeking highly qualified professionals to support the execution and ideation of projects managed by the Transformation Management Office. The senior manager finance role will be responsible for the finance oversight of key projects led out of the Transformation Management Office, partnering with Pratt & Whitney and corporate partner functions and support the TMO team in the development of next generation strategic ideas and projects.

In the immediate term, this role will lead the finance oversight of the office of the future pilot program and the development of the next phases of the office of the future program and support the development of upcoming strategic opportunities. Cross-functional collaboration with P&W and RTX working teams is a critical component of these efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of finance experience OR Advanced Degree and 5+ years of finance experience

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ability to synthesize complex data sets

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to communicate to diverse audience groups

  • Experience presenting to senior executive teams

  • Strong project management skills and understanding of dependencies

  • Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic remote work environment

  • Comfort and experience engaging with virtual teams

  • Experience facilitating diverse employee groups

  • Project management experience using software tool (e.g. Microsoft Project; Primavera)

Are you ready to go beyond? The P&W Earned Value Analysis and Reporting organization is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its team. This position provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to interface and work with the Program Management Office and Engineering. While in this role, the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management, Budgeting, Scheduling, and Variance Analysis used in the execution of the Military Engines Programs. The candidate will become an integral part of the F119 program management team, providing advice, consultation and analysis in the Earned Value methodology. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and provide guidance to the technical areas as they develop, plan, and analyze tasks * Provide project management guidance to program customers to ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS), as necessary * Perform risk assessments and what-if analysis associated with task budgeting and program performance * Support Monthly/Quarterly Program Review preparation activities * Actively support monthly Program Estimate-At-Completion reviews * Facilitate monthly data reconciliation * Compile compliant Earned Value or project plan data approved by the program manager and provide to the external customer * Support on-going compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA, DCMA and Joint Surveillance Review process) for compliance programs * Support the proper implementation of EVMS and project management through the use of standardized processes, tools, and reports * Qualified candidates must be able to communicate effectively and coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. Strict attention to detail and internal and external customer satisfaction focus is required to ensure the team meets aggressive demands of military compliance programs. Basic Qualifications: * BS/BA degree required. Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred. * A minimum of 3+ years related business analysis experience required. * US Citizenship is required due to government contracts.
