The Sr. Enrollment System Build Manager is responsible for leading the daily activities and the strategic direction of the internal enrollment system build team comprised of both Case Builders and Sr. Case Builders.
The Sr. Manager will be responsible for creating workflows, quality control, and speed-to-market solutions that will strengthen standard operating procedures and further scale operations.
In addition, the Sr. Manager leads a business team interfacing with enrollment technology platforms who will execute development activities with the vendor for product deployment, and other enhancements requiring UAT resources.
The Sr. Manager will be a key liaison between internal business units for all licensed enrollment system builds and enrollment deployments. The Sr. Manager is a key stakeholder and business leader, committed to continuous improvement efforts by developing business processes and strategic leadership, that will provide best-in-class customer experience.
This role should have a strong knowledge of the Selerix enrollment system and will serve as an operational contact for trouble shooting case issues that may arise, as well as to support global development.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the Enrollment System Build Team
Liaison between external customers, trading partners, and Chubb internal Relationship Management and Sales Teams
Liaison between internal business units to support development and trouble-shooting activities to bring effective and timely solutions
Monitor standardized SLAs and KPIs, support management in the regular use of Dashboards and Metrics to optimize the use of business resources
Strong operational discipline with well documented processes, resource models and business continuity plans
Seek to implement effective quality metrics and leverage quality management tools
Leverage subject matter expertise and support functions of other internal partners
Manage work intake, prioritization, assignment and maintenance of build processes and applications.
Creation and ensure adherence to control guidelines
Participate in and provide analytical support for the design and implementation of new systems
Serve as subject matter expert for the Implementation Management, Relationship Management, and Sales Teams
Oversee operational support for the Selerix platform and applications, including issue resolution
Ensure development, documentation, and communication of progress reports to Senior Leadership
Perform team administrative duties including status reporting, team development, and self/peer/project assessment
Carry out personnel management activities including performance management and career development.
Mentor, coach, and guide a staff comprised of 6 to 12 Enrollment System Specialists
Be accountable for productive relationship and performance of external vendors
Maintain a leadership role in setting service direction and ensures standards and policies are maintained and compatible with Client standards.
