Measure the effectiveness and ROI of cross-channel marketing efforts (digital and traditional) and conduct detailed media attribution analyses to assist in tailoring paid media strategies.
Create measurement and analysis plans, oversee internal recourses and external vendors on the different statistical and predictive models utilized while being able to provide hands on support if needed.
Leverage data coming from web traffic, digital ad campaigns, email communications, direct mail and call campaigns, and assess against customer data to help optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.
Work with IT and external vendors on data requirements to improve data quality and establish reliable customer identity keys across all platforms, both online and offline.
Oversee near real-time reporting processes, including the tracking of KPIs, monitoring of trends and creation of dashboards; this includes managing internal, cross-functional resources.
Leverage knowledge of the U.S. tax system (e.g., credits, deductions) to assess customer behavior/value and business impacts
Summarize model and analyses outputs and deliver clear recommendations to non-technical stakeholders on topics related to customer acquisition, retention and media attribution.
Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business, marketing or other quantitative field.
Five (5) years of required experience in marketing, analytics, or related.
Five (5) years of required experience in marketing, analytics, or related must include: Quantitative or scenario analysis, predictive modeling, working with large volumes of structured or unstructured data, and building analyses from scratch; SQL for data extraction and manipulation; business intelligence & reporting tools such as QlikView / Qliksense or Tableu; digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics; digital platforms such as Kenshoo for accessing data related to paid search and all digital paid media; Experience with the US taxation system; leadership in managing processes with multiple dependencies, people, or 3rd party marketing vendors; and experience in working with executive leadership and cross-departmental stakeholders.
