POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
TheSr. Member Relations Representative will be responsible for supporting superiorcustomer service initiatives by assisting frontline representatives and Memberswith all business inquiries. This rolewill also be expected to answer, manage and record inbound and outbound calls from agents and
Members following departmental established guidelines as well as supportdepartmental projects related to process improvements, staff development and workefficiencies
Support the Herbalife philosophy by promoting new products, sales tools and marketing campaigns.
Manage, audit and complete pending inquiries.
Generate daily reports from the Herbalife Contact Management database (HCM).
Adhere to the career manual policies and accurately guide Members to make sound decisions.
Embrace and accurately promote company events, promotions and product campaigns.
Identify and resolve escalated situations to promote positive outcomes.
Track and audit call volume on the Herbalife Contact Management (HCM) to identify trends and patterns that support process improvements in the frontline and backline areas.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Internet Explorer
Results oriented with strong customer service skills
Excellent communication, decision making and problem solving skills
Ability to function as an effective team member and interact effectively at all levels
Ability to adapt and learn new systems/technologies
Ability to type 40 wpm and10 key by touch
Ability to solve practical problems, proactively identify issues and organize workload for effective implementation under general supervision
5 years of customer service experience in a call center environment
Strong knowledge of Herbalife's Marketing plan and products
