Baptist Health is looking for a Sr. Medication Safety Consultant to join our team at Baptist Medical Center Jacksonville. This is a full-time, day shift opportunity.

As the Sr. Medication Safety Consultant you will be responsible for:

• Building and maintaining the drug libraries from Smart Pump utilization

• Collecting and analyzing data, presenting data and assist in teaching from the data

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to implement best practices and appropriately respond to errors

• Engaging with regulatory and quality initiatives system wide

• Any other medication safety related activities
