Phoenix, AZ Position Summary We seek an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This role requires a strong background in managing complex commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience leading large-scale projects such as hospitals, data centers, schools, airports, high-rise buildings, hotels, and arenas.

Local expertise is essential, as is a stable work history, reflecting commitment and reliability in the commercial mechanical construction industry. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of commercial HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards from initial planning to completion. Guide and support project teams, including subcontractors and field staff, ensuring alignment with project objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to maintain open communication and address project requirements. Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and scheduling, ensuring financial goals are met without compromising quality or safety. Utilize advanced project management software such as Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks) to optimize project efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications 10 years of experience in commercial HVAC and plumbing project management, focusing on large-scale projects. A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or construction management is preferred, and field experience is a plus. Proficiency in project management software:

Bluebeam, MS Project, and Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). Stable work history within the local Phoenix market, demonstrating reliability and a track record of project success.
