Raleigh-Durham, NC Overview: Our client, a multi-discipline engineering firm working on complex, stimulating projects, is looking for a Sr Mechanical Engineer to design & build HVAC systems in the Durham, NC region. The firm values work-life balance, collaboration, and exposure to a wide range of projects.

You’ll design HVAC systems for a variety of buildings, including higher education, healthcare, data centers, labs, and some residential. Requirements: • Licenses: PE required • Software:

Revit proficiency • Experience: 3 years in HVAC design (large air handling, chilled water, and hot water systems) • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering • Professional Designation: EIT or PE Responsibilities: • Design HVAC systems for various building types • Create construction documents using Revit • Design automatic temperature control systems • Prepare LEED documentation and energy modeling studies • Coordinate with other disciplines and project stakeholders • Conduct site visits and assist contractors Skills: • Strong technical knowledge in HVAC • Desire to lead and grow within the company • Proficiency in Revit
