Senior Media Manager

The Senior Media Manager will be accountable for driving T-Mobile for Business' media strategy, planning and buying that puts data at the core to increase awareness, consideration and ultimately delivers leads. We are looking for a strategic leader that brings innovative thinking and thrives in extremly fast past environments. S/he will work closely with senior management, cross-functional teams and agency partners to create and evaluate media strategies based on go-to-market strategies, business goals, cost, timing and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the execution of $30M+ media budget ensuring compliance and budget tracking

  • Drives the development of media strategies that deliver on business objectives: Lead Gen, Consideration and Awareness

  • Lead the management and execution of paid media plans, ensuring KPIs are achieved

  • Works with several cross functional teams to support marketing initiatives and maximize media investment opportunities by leveraging data (Salesforce, DMP, CRM, Marketing Mix Modeling, Doubleclick) to optimize media and maximize revenue

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance and deliver weekly learnings to marketing leadership based on agreed upon KPI's

  • Manage list segmentation to deliver more targeted and relevant messaging to improve engagement and ultimately conversion of prospects

  • Lead and manage integrations, sponsorships and partnerships

  • Delevelop relationships with key partners to help drive affinity with the B2B customers

  • Guide external agency team to execute and optimize programs

  • Manages process to deliver efficient and effective media programs

  • Provides innovative thinking to everything we do

Qualifications

  • 10+ years media management experience within B2B/Account Based Marketing (Small, Medium and Large) and/or equivalent experience in media planning for an advertising agency (Experience within one of the following industries: telecom, auto, financial, insurance, retail or QSR is desired)

  • Familiarity with a full range of media channels, including Display, Social, Search, National and Spot TV, Radio, Outdoor, Print, Hispanic/Ethnic and Hyper-local media

  • Deep media knowledge and experience driving leads, impact, innovation and business results

  • Strong partnership skills, a track record for working with executives and a collaborative approach to driving outcomes and a desire to challenge the status quo

  • Understanding and execution of Branded Content/Native

  • Strong knowledge of the media landscape and the latest trends in media along with media consumption habits

  • Ability to drive, manage and communicate holistic media plans in a fast paced environment

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong financial, analytical and organizational skills

  • Ability to adjust to change and refocus based on business needs

  • Experience working with cross functional teams including data analysists, advertising and sponsorships

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, MarketShare, etc

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree. Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
