We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager, DSP Candidate Experience, who will be responsible for developing a scalable program from the ground up for Delivery Service Provider candidates who are considering the newly launched Amazon DSP program (

A strong candidate will be able to move between strategy and execution on a daily basis as we iterate and innovate the DSP candidate experience for our partners. You should be comfortable influencing functional teams and leaders at all levels of the organization managing a variety of competing priorities. Lastly, as a leader, you should have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Key functions for the Sr. Marketing Manager, DSP Candidate Experience include:

  • Program strategy and development, including quick-turn scrappy pilots and tests

  • Stakeholder relationship development with business, technical, and 3rd party teams, to drive and influence roadmaps based on your program objectives

  • Developing metrics and measurements to determine program effectiveness, including partnering with technical teams to implement performance measurement and automation

  • Comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

  • Leveraging your background as a strong "all-around" marketer, with comfort recommending programs that may live outside of content development or marketing to ensure we're providing the greatest customer experience.

The Sr. Campaigns Marketing Manager will work very closely with the US Field Marketing and Sales teams to strategize, create, build, deliver, and optimize outbound campaigns including (but not limited to) email, landing pages, asset creation, social media, site merchandising, SEO, SEM, paid media, cross-sell, and SMS, to help drive leads, acquire new customers, increase product adoption, and expand awareness of AWS solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to lead a team, manage multiple programs at one time, and will have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation and sales campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and growth within existing customers through strategic digital marketing programs that generate pipeline. Responsibilities * Create, execute and manage lead generation programs in partnership with cross-functional internal teams that will drive platform adoption and accelerate usage. * Take the lead on project planning for broad reaching sales campaigns, including sales readiness, targeting and list acquisition, email/digital marketing strategy, events, tracking and measurement. * Manage overall programs budget and work with cross-functional digital marketing and events team members to execute campaigns. * Lead a team of Campaign Marketing Managers focused on developing a cohesive, multi-channel, and well-aligned strategy around various campaign themes. * Developing a central campaigns hub including campaigns-in-a-box, related event kits, and over-arching digital campaign calendar. * Partner with external agencies in support of campaign tactic creation and execution. * Partner closely with the Global Campaigns Team to ensure campaign consistency across the globe. * Support localization efforts for assets and campaign programs based on language preference. * Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in or Tableau to provide visibility into marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI. * Lead the targeting and customer segmentation for digital campaigns across a variety of initiatives. * Lead campaign management with digital marketing strategy, targeting and list acquisition, tracking, and measurement. * Develop and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive future marketing decisions and optimize recruitment and engagement strategy. * Manage the creation of emails and landing pages from templates in Marketo, Splash, and in some cases, Adobe CQ. * Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with Field Marketing Team to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns. * Drive success for digital marketing efforts through SEO, SEM, social media (Twitter, Facebook and other) web analytics, social media monitoring and demand generation programs. * Work closely with Database Marketing team to ensure database strategies to support Field Marketing needs. * Activate content in multiple campaign channels, ensuring proper tracking and reporting for effectiveness.
