TCG is seeking a talented Sr level Marketing Generation Manager, for an analytical, experienced and dynamic acquisition focused lead generation, (data-focused) account manager who is skilled in managing and negotiating multiple lead buyers/sources. The candidate has managed lead vendors and the flow of real time leads and has also managed strong relationships with key stakeholders.
? Develop a Consumer lead generation strategy that delivers on monthly and annual revenue and lead goals that allows the business to stay on track and make adjustments as necessary ? Implement lead generation tactics to ensure that the highest volume of quality leads at lowest cost ? Tactics to generate leads would include warm-transferred calls, database and marketing and affiliate management platforms ? Manage the Lead Generation budget while assuring that the call centers have the optimal number of leads. ? Negotiate contracts with Lead Vendors and monitor quality and lead flow overall and per vendor, in real time. Work closely with Lead Vendors on regular basis to adjust their performance. ? Bring in new lead vendors and terminate those under performing on an ongoing basis ? He/she will be responsible to set-up and deliver performance reporting from vendors as well as to internal parties involved in lead generation. ? Will develop campaign analysis, optimization processes, and will recommend strategic and tactical changes to maximize partner performance. ? Report and quantify results of all campaigns on a weekly/monthly basis. He/she monitor and control the principal KPIs, CPL and CPA for each Lead vendor ? Will ensure leads have the appropriate quality and convert, optimization is key ? Key responsibilities include: ? Build, maintain and expand relationships with 3rd party lead suppliers ? Own and act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts ? Negotiate, confirm and administrate deals ? Prospect new lead sources ?
