Asurion is looking for a Marketing Designer for our Memories product. Memories is a white label app that solves the problem of backing up photos and videos for our insurance customers. Memories is a native Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.asurion.android.mediabackup.vault&hl=en_US) and iOS (https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/memories-photos-and-videos/id1102912980?mt=8) that is currently used by AT&T, Sprint and Bell. You will help us to tell our story by leveraging our vision to deliver insightful and engaging experiences for our customers. You'll be creating and constantly improving all the team's customer touch points everything from app notifications, to blog posts, to campaign design, to physical collateral. You will create outstanding content and marketing solutions to reach Asurion customers and execute high-impact creative work that drives awareness, consideration, engagement and conversion. This work will help Asurion's customers understand and appreciate how Memories can help solve their problems.
You will be a key member of our Design Team, working alongside our product designers, product managers, engineers and in partnership with our growth marketing team. We are looking for an individual with the winning mix of creative energy; a proven ability to design and deliver attention-grabbing experiences and artifacts; a willingness to build strong partnerships.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
You'll be working with multiple Journey Teams within Memories and the Growth Marketing team to run experiments to help grow Memories customer base
You'll be applying the brand guidelines from Asurion's carrier partners to the Memories app
You'll work with the Memories Platform team to find the best designs to use in presenting their data.
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other designers on the team.
You'll take initiative in identifying problems and opportunities to improve the product offering
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Demonstrated skills in bringing multi-channel designs to life including email, web, mobile, print, and physical displays (portfolio required)
Experience in developing, testing, and refining creative concepts based on research, insights, and brand
The ability to give and receive constructive feedback. You gather feedback judiciously but know when to adjust your designs and when to follow your initial vision.
Ability to manage your time and deadlines, as well as being comfortable designing in an iterative way to learn and adapt.
Constant drive to stay up-to-date with the latest industry news and developments.
Ability to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing a consistently high level of attention to detail.
Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
Experience negotiating business decisions.
Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in consumer marketing, agency, or in-house creative, bringing brand experiences to life across multiple channels or equivalent practical experience
