We are seeking a dynamic leader to be responsible for both the strategy and execution of all marketing efforts. You should be a strategic-thinker and results-oriented. Your primary responsibilities will include growing our current user base, overseeing marketing communication channels, partnership outreach, and marketing analysis and synthesis. Your ability to communicate succinctly and test quickly will be critical in crafting our marketing messages. You will report to and work closely with the CEO.


  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive acquisition and generate revenue while monitoring KPIs

  • Develop and maintain reporting on all levels of data to fully understand the business and performance optimization opportunities

  • Continuously optimize acquisition strategies to increase performance including A/B testing of message, content, images, offers, landing pages, audiences, and more

  • Lead creative development of campaigns, ensuring retail brand essence and identity are transparent and messaging is consistent

  • Ability to translate analytic insights into actionable recommendations that improves overall performance

  • Develop and nurture relationships with retail client(s) and create new partnership opportunities

  • Increase orders through both tactical and strategic execution of online retention techniques through channels including but not limited to affiliate, SEM, display, email, paid media, mobile, behavioral marketing and remarketing


  • Experience: 5-7+ years of hands-on B2C marketing experience mandatory, performance marketing a plus

  • Education: BA/BS degree required


  • Successful track-record developing digital marketing plans, measuring, and delivering on performance targets

  • Experience executing and analyzing A/B or multi-variate tests. Comfortable in a rapid test & learn environment

  • Strong project management skills including: conceptualization, driving alignment, planning resources, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analysis and recommendations

  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholder groups or external clients

  • Understanding of CRM (preferably Hubspot) and how to measure and manage programs

  • Exceptional Excel, data analysis, and data manipulation skills

  • Interest or prior experience in retail is a plus
