We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager who thrives in a customer focused environment and has experience ideating, creating, launching, and managing successful demand generation campaigns across many channels, including PPL, email, webinar, events, website, and partner. This role offers the opportunity to drive tip to tail marketing programs, be strategic, collaborate with others, and own your own success. You will be focused on marketing programs targeting mid-market and enterprise B2B buyers, in the martech space. The right fit for this role will be a driven, creative, self-directed marketing professional with a keen ability to reach our target audience with compelling stories and keep them engaged throughout the buying journey.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Coordinate with marketing leadership and team to develop campaigns that align to business goals and produce MQLs and pipeline opportunities.

  • Work across the team to create, execute, and manage the campaigns to successful outcome, including directing creative needs, choosing marketing mix, and driving vendor interactions, managing campaign deliverables, and measuring results.

  • Build unique, multi-channel marketing campaigns that engage the targeted buyer with compelling messages and keep them engaged along along the buying journey

  • Align targeted campaigns to overarching marketing strategy messaging strategy

  • Create campaign content including emails, landing pages, and all promotional programs

  • Plan the effective use of marketing budgets to maximize impact

  • Use ABM tools and similar data to focus team efforts, increase buyer awareness, and improve nurturing process

  • Report regularly on program performance, including engagement and down funnel metrics including sourced MQLs, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue - using the metrics for continuous improvement of campaigns

  • Work with the SDR and Sales team to optimize lead followup and engagement

  • Research market trends and optimize marketing programs to match market needs

  • Project manage the execution of campaigns remotely, working with operations, content, and other functional marketing resources

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing

  • Excellent social skills to develop personal relationships, align objectives cross-functionally and presentation skills

  • Ability to coordinate across teams and incorporate feedback into future programs and campaigns

  • Exceptional project management skills, with finely-tuned attention to detail and a creative, strategic mindset

  • Refined writing skills to develop content and communications

  • Experience using marketing automation tools and CRMs

  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and target account strategy

  • High sense of urgency; very driven with ability to understand and prioritize initiatives

  • Goal-focused individual with a history of exceeding quantifiable performance metrics that determine marketing effectiveness and ROI of customer engagement efforts

Compensation:

The anticipated annual compensation for this position will be $90,000 - $110,000. Compensation packages are based on a combination of factors, including the selected candidate's skills, experience as well as internal and external equity.
