Sr. Manufacturing Engineer

Piper Companies is looking for a hands-on Sr. Manufacturing Engineer to act as a SME for manufacturing processes working for a Medical Device Contract Manufacturer in the Denver, PA area.

Responsibilities for the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer include:

• Work cross-functionally to create quotes, designs, drawings and processes

• Perform Design reviews

• Estimate manufacturing costs

• Set up production equipment as needed

• Participates in analysis, reviews, & transfers to manufacturing

Qualifications for the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer include:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field with 8+ years experience or 15+ years experience
• 7+ years experience with CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks and MasterCAM preferred)
• 4-axis+ CNC experience (Swiss Turning experience a plus)
• Class II, III Medical Device Industry Experience

Compensation for the Sr. Manufacturing Engineer include:

• Full Medical, Dental, Vision benefits

• Salary Commensurate with experience - $100,000 +

• On-Site position with opportunity to work from home some days
