The manufacturing engineer job functions will include but not limited to the following:

  • Industrialization of factory to established 3 independent high volume manufacture line (work center) on E-beam machine system integration line, EE module line and SEM module line.
  • Define and focus on different production line to excise the industrialization job to ensure the three major area (E-beam machine, EE modules & SEM module production line).
  • Translation of product specifications to requirements in product design and manufacturing processes such as factory cycle time.
  • During the design review phase you ensure the product is designed to meet manufacturability and within required time frame and with high success rate.
  • Input new product based on former product lessons learned.
  • Estimate Tool needs, requirements and be able to determine which diagnostic SW tools are needed.
  • Review EPS and EDS on industrialization requirements.
  • Be able to create SOP & checklist for all the various Modules and Manufacturing Integration.
  • Support Manufacturing ramp up process.
  • Analysis of the performance in our factory and define improvements to meet initial product specification.


  • Bachelors or higher Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Electrical or Electronic.
  • 5-8 years of experience in:
  • A production and/or service environment with high tech products and complex production processes
    • Complex mechatronics systems
    • A technical product and/or project lead with product/project development management skills
    • NPI (New Product Introduction) engineering with factory operations experience
    • SI (System Integration) engineering or management for a complex system and processes
    • Technical knowledge and machine integration experience is helpful
    • Electrical knowledge and experience on the electrical related product industrialization is helpful
    • Wide physical or technical back ground, experience on Ultra-Clean/Vacuum will benefit on this portion.
  • Strong social and communication skills, team player, and stakeholder manager.
  • Focused on quality, continuous improvement, customer focused.
  • International travel (max 10%).
  • Analytical problem solving skill and a can-do attitude
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.

Senior Supplier Engineer This position is a Defined Term 18-month role located in San Jose, California About the Role: The Sr. Supplier Engineer will provide support for all Supplier Engineering related activities as a fully qualified engineer conversant in all subject areas relevant to supplier and supplied material qualifications. Engineering specialty involves the improvement of existing manufacturing processes interfacing with the supplier and internal engineering groups in resolving problems. Your Responsibilities Include: * Executes plans to support supply chain objectives; supplier performance, supplied material risk mitigation and execution of materials VIP. Proficient in the use of all business tools. * Leads and/or participates in project teams coordinating the efforts of engineers and cross functional team members to qualify and improve supplier processes. Plans, schedules, conducts or coordinates detailed phases of the engineering work for part of a major project or in a total project of moderate scope. * Performs work which involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such a conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of standard materials, and difficult coordination requirement.
