We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Sr. Manufacturing Engineer (CNC programming) to join our team. This is a permanent role that will play a pivotal part in our manufacturing process, focused on the development and implementation of state-of-the-art CNC machining methods.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and improving machining processes, tooling, and fixtures while following Lean Manufacturing principles. This role requires a deep understanding of Mastercam, CATIA, NX, and GD&T knowledge. Responsibilities: Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.

Design, develop and test and/or source and cost-justify various tools, machinery and equipment for recommended manufacturing methods. Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency. Implement Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.

Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.

Develop and maintain CNC programs for multiple machine types using Mastercam, CATIA, and NX. Confer with vendors and internal cross-functional teams to determine product specifications and arrange for purchase of machinery and equipment according to specifications and quality standards.

Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times. Stay informed about latest machining technology and trends, and implement new technologies as appropriate to maintain state-of-the-art capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the mortgage industry. Proven experience with CNC programming, tooling, and fixtures. Comprehensive understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Proficient in Mastercam, CATIA, NX, and have sound GD&T knowledge. Strong understanding of quality improvement processes. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex transactions with little supervision.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
