Execute & Participate in product segment strategy including product positioning
Provide design and development guidance
Participate in roadmap and product definition
Actively promote VOP (Vectron Oscillator Products), CSAC and Rb products into multiple segments through collateral creation and direct customer interaction
Close interaction with Strategic Marketing, Sales, and Operational teams will be paramount in growing the VOP BU top line revenue.
Travels extensively within defined territory to visit focus customers and channel partners.
Responsible for managing VOP specific manufactures reps
Maintains direct contact with customers, reps, and distributors before and/or after the sales.
Oversee and perform both demand creation and demand fulfillment based functions related to the sale of VOP, CSAC and Rb products into focus markets.
Drive closure on quarterly and annual revenue goals with our Strategic Marketing and Business Operations teams.
Escalation path for customers to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries.
Track and forecast current and future opportunity revenues
Work independently with minimal supervision, attends weekly calls to deliver regional updates.
Build value proposition by maintaining in depth knowledge of key customers business, organizational structure, business processes and financial structure and understanding VOP key markets (Aerospace, Defense, Communications and Industrial).
Strong marketing and sales background in the area of RF components with a focus on frequency and timing products.
BSEE and 5+ years' experience in oscillator and timing industry
Strong people skills and experience in customer-facing position.
Ability to balance top level market insights with bottom-up analysis to reach conclusions about market direction and dynamics.
Capable technical abilities.
Excellent critical thinking skills.
Driven and dynamic when leading cross-functional teams.
