Sr. Manager, Vendor Enrollment Operations
What We Need
Corpay is looking to hire a Sr. Manager, Vendor Enrollment Operations within our Vendor Enrollment division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day management, coaching, and mentoring of the Vendor Enrollment Operations organization. The Manager's goal is to remove obstacles and provide guidance necessary for associates to support the business and enhance customer experience. The position will lead improvements to the team's systems and processes to maximize enrollments, drive continuous improvement, and identify cost savings. Managerial responsibilities include identifying and realizing process efficiencies, hiring talented leaders, coaching excellent performance, and achieving departmental objectives. The VE Operations Manager ensures systems integrity, data integrity, and compliance with all Corpay policies and procedures. You will report directly to the VP of Vendor Enrollment and regularly collaborate with various teams.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Leading associates in the execution of day-to-day operations, escalated service issues, and led internal process improvements
Operating as the team's subject matter expert on Vendor Enrollment Operations
Educating the business on best practices and standard operating procedures
Communicating to the organization and key stakeholders regarding process changes that will impact the timing or quality of Vendor Enrollment deliverables
Managing data intake and data load to Corpay systems
Ensuring data integrity throughout the Vendor Enrollment process
Working with direct reports to ensure productivity, develop analytical skills, develop performance improvements, build leadership skills, evangelize continuous improvement, and develop leadership depth
Responsible for Operations associate training and development
Ensuring adherence to company policy and procedures
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 3 years supervisory/team management experience
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field preferred
Experience building, leading, and evaluating team performance
Experience hiring, motivating, and coaching employee performance required
Extensive customer service, Data management, and systems design experience preferred

Reacts quickly and calmly to resolve customer and or vendor issues in a fast-paced environment

Adept at leading teams and organizing implementation strategies
Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Salesforce desired
Must be able to manage time effectively and work independently without direct supervision
