The successful candidate will drive commercial sales execution, provide insights, and lead progressive changes within our Trauma, Extremities, and Craniomaxillofacial (CMF) platform. The individual should possess a combination of critical thinking, commercial sales savvy, and analytical expertise to help US DePuy Synthes achieve its commercial goals. This position reports to the Director of US Commercial Strategy & Insights and will work very closely with the Selling and Marketing Organizations of DePuy Synthes.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a key strategic business partner for Platform leadership.

  • Apply the latest analytical models and tools, including Data Discovery solutions, dashboard suites, and statistical techniques, to provide continuous updates and insights at all organizational levels through standard reports, scorecards, and ad hoc analysis.

  • Create dashboards in partnership with marketing and sales to drive customer segmentation and targeting.

  • Lead workshops to identify and implement business acceleration initiatives.

  • Build and maintain Tableau-based dashboards for the analysis of platform metrics, including back-end data management and consolidation as needed.

  • Break down opportunities into clear actionable insights, translating strategy into action for US leadership.

  • Proactively provide insights and project management for cross-functional partners on key initiatives, including go-to-market strategy, targeting & execution, forecasting & business planning.

  • Build standard tools for key insights and custom dashboards to pull strategy through to execution.

  • Drive Sales Funnel Maximization and growth focus across key channels.

  • Support ad hoc initiatives through project management, market analysis, team member management, etc.

  • Apply a strategic approach to measure dashboard utilization and adoption, elevating user engagement across the commercial sales organization.
