About The Role:

As a member of the Total Rewards team, the Sr. Manager, Total Rewards will support both the Benefits and Compensation workstreams. The Sr. Manager, Total Rewards will work closely with many stakeholders, both within the HR organization and cross-functionally. The position will contribute to a wide range of projects, and support the Total Rewards Team with various deliverables throughout the year. The Sr. Manager, Total Rewards will report to the Director of Total Rewards.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Contribute to development and implementation of comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with organizational objectives and industry benchmarks.

  • Assist with the design, communication, and administration of employee total rewards programs.

  • Help to lead the integration of benefits and compensation programs for acquisitions, understanding the existing practices of both organizations and strategizing how to successfully and effectively bring them together.

  • Monitor regulatory compliance and ensure adherence to legal requirements in compensation and benefits practices.

  • Stay informed of emerging trends and best practices in total rewards management to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Partner, consult and collaborate with business leaders and the HR team to develop total rewards strategies that effectively attract and retain talent.

  • Co-lead the benefits annual renewal process in partnership with the Director, Total Rewards, including cost assessment and proposals for new programs or program changes.

  • Lead annual open enrollment, including communications and promotion of the Company's benefit programs.

  • Oversee the administration of leave of absence in partnership with external provider.

  • Assist with executing the annual merit and promotion cycle, in partnership with both HR and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Develop and/or redesign strategies, plans, systems, tools, processes and procedures to maximize the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of total rewards programs/processes.

  • Analyze metrics and synthesize feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the Company's total rewards programs; make recommendations on best ways to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Create and manage project plans, toolkits, trainings, presentations, and communication to further enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Company's total rewards programs.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to identify areas for improvement and understand employee feedback related to total rewards programs, enabling better retention of top talent.

About the Pay:

  • Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

  • Final compensation will be determined based upon experience and skills and may vary based on location.

About You:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in compensation and benefits.

  • 3+ years managerial experience.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start up like environment.

  • Proven ability in benefits strategy and administration.

  • Proven ability in compensation program execution.

  • Ability to implement large-scale total rewards program initiatives.

  • Ability to deliver relevant and effective consultative and advisory services to leaders across the organization.

  • Thrives in working independently, while partnering and collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment; comfortable handling the unexpected and balancing multiple priorities.

  • Ability to perform analysis of data (e.g., compensation data, business outcomes, etc.) and present results clearly and concisely.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate concepts, make presentations and present complex written information and findings in a highly professional manner.

  • Strong problem-solving, decision making and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, and PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like MS Teams, and leveraging virtual meeting tools for training delivery (i.e. Zoom, Teams, etc.).
