San Jose CA 95002 Onsite Requirements: Tax Provisioning Expert ASC 740 knowledge Big 4 Job Description: We need someone to help during our year-end provision season as we are looking to hire a full-time senior tax manager to backfill our current senior tax manager.

Minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent; CPA, a plus 7 years total of income tax provision experience - working in a Big 4 and inhouse team ASC 740 knowledge, with experience preparing and reviewing corporate income tax returns, provisions, and reporting disclosures for form 10-K. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and ability to multitask 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership on this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
