Sr. Manager, Strategic Revenue Management

MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
This role is responsible for developing market optimizing revenue strategies, including gross to net management and associated tactics, to drive revenue/profit maximization using advance data analytics, statistics and data mining techniques.
He/She will be business partnering proactively and closely with Professional Beauty Leadership team, proactively pushing the thinking (through data) for commercial strategy and tactic developments, interacting closely with sales, trade marketing, marketing, supply and finance.
The role will also cover change management elements, from leading the development of capability plans, embedding the Revenue Management mind-set and ways of working, to ensuring the development and application of newly established processes and procedures.
SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES INCUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Channel analysis, customers' incentive schemes and customer terms to drive long term revenue growth.
List prices, contract pricing and price corridor setting.
Framework and KPI tracking process for the analysis, review and execution of strategic revenue management process.
Trade spend management and value based analysis.
Revenue Management capability building.
Facilitation of forecasting process through financial analysis on promotional activity, merchandising, pricing decisions, co-marketing activities, etc.
Development of promotional guidelines and trade spend allocation recommendations to continue to enhance performance of spent
ROI metrics, tools, processes and controls to ensure trade funds are being used efficiently to promote profitable growth and increase brand awareness.
Establishment of historical database of documentation, learnings and implications for all trade investments.
Necessary Business Skills:
Deep understanding and experience of running strategic revenue management projects and or thinking Pricing, Promotion, Product/Channel Mix & Store Coverage and Trade Terms/ GTN Optimization
Experience of Change Management and capability building
Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to respond under pressure
Highly data literate with ability to work with multiple continuous data sources
Strong organizational, time management skills and ability to prioritize
Experience of working in cross functional teams within a matrix environment
Ability to switch between strategic and operational mind-set
