Under the direction of the Radiology Division leadership, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Manager, Regional Operations is responsible for assisting in the oversight, analysis and administration of practice operations for multiple practices and clinical locations. Responsibilities include financial statement review & analysis, pro forma development, tracking & achievement of strategic and operational initiatives, contract & other document tracking, and assisting with daily management duties to ensure financial profitability as well as the attainment of the long-term goals of the local practices, the Region, Division and Corporation.
Review and analysis of monthly financial statements and dashboard reports for multiple practices.
Administers and tracks key processes in the practice operations, including: Hospital contracts, Employment agreements, Physician or key staff recruitment and on-boarding; Corporate, Division or Regional information requests, Budgeting, Communication initiatives, etc.
Works with the Marketing department to develop and produce market intel for use by the assigned Operations leadership for operational improvements, growth and business development.
Assists in establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned administrative areas outpatient imaging centers.
Participates in the development and implementation of long-range plans and budgets.
Develop leading class financial review and periodic management reporting packages with alignment towards Joint Venture, Corporate and Practice timelines
Support the successful management of existing and incremental imaging and interventional centers via the provision of robust analytics and leadership of special projects;
Liaise with Practice and Division leaders to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues.
Assist with financial tracking and budgeting tools and reports for new facility/programs.
Correspond with newly acquired practices as requested by Integration Managers and/or Director.
Act as a liaison between Radiology Operational Leadership, staff and support partners from the acquisition or start-up of new practices
Assist the Radiology Operational leadership with any issues, duties and/or responsibilities related
Maintaining strong working relationships and liaising with internal and external stakeholders including business development, practice integration, human resources, etc
Understanding the Radiology Division's operational processes, requirements and systems to ensure effective communication and credibility with internal and external stakeholders, and manage issues to resolution through appropriate escalation channels
Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Solid business acumen and ability to interact professionally and proficiently with stake holders at all levels of the practice and organization
Knowledge and experience with financial statement review and analysis
Must possess analytical skill sufficient to organize and prepare comprehensive reports
Must have project management and implementation experience
Must have prior healthcare operations and business development experience
Ability to organize and integrate organizational objectives in order to meet deadlines, with ability to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis and follow up on open items in a timely manner.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written forms with multiple levels of Regional and Corporate personnel, practice medical directors and staff, as well as hospital partners.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, with Excel
Experience with MS Project and Salesforce software preferred.
Education Level: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field.
Experience Years: 5-7 years
