Overview

Under the direction of the Radiology Division leadership, and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the Manager, Regional Operations is responsible for assisting in the oversight, analysis and administration of practice operations for multiple practices and clinical locations. Responsibilities include financial statement review & analysis, pro forma development, tracking & achievement of strategic and operational initiatives, contract & other document tracking, and assisting with daily management duties to ensure financial profitability as well as the attainment of the long-term goals of the local practices, the Region, Division and Corporation.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analysis of monthly financial statements and dashboard reports for multiple practices.

  • Administers and tracks key processes in the practice operations, including: Hospital contracts, Employment agreements, Physician or key staff recruitment and on-boarding; Corporate, Division or Regional information requests, Budgeting, Communication initiatives, etc.

  • Works with the Marketing department to develop and produce market intel for use by the assigned Operations leadership for operational improvements, growth and business development.

  • Assists in establishing and implementing goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned administrative areas outpatient imaging centers.

  • Participates in the development and implementation of long-range plans and budgets.

  • Develop leading class financial review and periodic management reporting packages with alignment towards Joint Venture, Corporate and Practice timelines

  • Support the successful management of existing and incremental imaging and interventional centers via the provision of robust analytics and leadership of special projects;

  • Liaise with Practice and Division leaders to provide timely support and proactive feedback on all issues.

  • Assist with financial tracking and budgeting tools and reports for new facility/programs.

  • Correspond with newly acquired practices as requested by Integration Managers and/or Director.

  • Act as a liaison between Radiology Operational Leadership, staff and support partners from the acquisition or start-up of new practices

  • Assist the Radiology Operational leadership with any issues, duties and/or responsibilities related

  • Maintaining strong working relationships and liaising with internal and external stakeholders including business development, practice integration, human resources, etc

  • Understanding the Radiology Division's operational processes, requirements and systems to ensure effective communication and credibility with internal and external stakeholders, and manage issues to resolution through appropriate escalation channels

  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested.

Qualifications

Skill in exercising a high degree of judgment, discretion and decision making necessary to achieve organizational objectives.

  • Exceptional customer service and relationship building skills

  • Solid business acumen and ability to interact professionally and proficiently with stake holders at all levels of the practice and organization

  • Knowledge and experience with financial statement review and analysis

  • Must possess analytical skill sufficient to organize and prepare comprehensive reports

  • Must have project management and implementation experience

  • Must have prior healthcare operations and business development experience

  • Ability to organize and integrate organizational objectives in order to meet deadlines, with ability to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis and follow up on open items in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate in verbal and written forms with multiple levels of Regional and Corporate personnel, practice medical directors and staff, as well as hospital partners.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically, with Excel

  • Experience with MS Project and Salesforce software preferred.

Education Level: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or another related field.

Experience Years: 5-7 years

Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT (70%) * Organize teams to build the strongest customer relationships that will position us to achieve strategic goals. * Identify new opportunities to build profitable market share and sustainable market segment advantage; creating customer value for new and existing customers * Lead the account management strategy for designated customers in respect to growth and long term retention * Collaborate with Commercial Operations on strategies to negotiate, close and execute contracts with customers NDA\PSA\LTA\TINA\License Agreements\Terms and Conditions * Secure opportunities to quote on customer requirements and follow up on quotations to secure orders * Provide technical customer support when appropriate and ensure customer satisfaction with Pall products. Liaise with Engineering, SLS and Legal departments as required for technical support on product and order queries * Prepare submit and negotiate all legacy and new business pricing activities * Review and submit proposals in accordance with the Contract Review and local Delegation of Authority Policies. * Understand the Customer's business, priorities and competitor activity. Guide direct field sales to customer accounts as needed * Conduct internal account planning sessions with the Account Team * Engage the Customer in the planning process * Collaborate frequently with other department managers and their teams on contractual obligations, projects and operational decisions. * Collaborate with customers as related to cost proposal activities, contractual obligations or proposed pricing. * Coordinate resources to present One Face to the Customer * Organize account teams to build customer relationships that are aligned to company and customer objectives and goals. * Ensure full compliance with export control, legal requirements, and ethical rules * Close the sale FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE (10%) * Ensure your sales territory achieves key strategic targets (Orders/Sales/Pricing/Program awards, etc.) * Provide monthly, quarterly and annual strategic plans/projections to achieve desired targets SALES FUNNEL ADMINISTRATION (10%) * Develop/maintain sales funnel management within the CRM system. Track account performance and analytics * Create and maintain customer profile and SWOT including sales potential, operating structure sites, contacts and relevant information within CRM Requirements (10%) * Bachelor Degree (ME or EE preferred). * MBA Degree an asset * 5+ years of Sales experience. Aerospace and Defense industry sales experience preferred. Experience executing at each stage of the sales process and adept at guiding others in developing selling skills * Strong technical aptitude and ability to fully understand the product line and application. * Solid sales management experience (remote management). Experience coaching others on leading effective dialogue with customers to address needs is preferred. * Experience in working with cross functional teams within large multinational customers and/or governmental military organizations * Experience in negotiating contract price and terms and understand financial reports and tools. * Experience with sales funnel management (i.e. salesforce.com or equivalent) * Must possess excellent presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
