ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Meet Total Productivity and SWC metrics quarterly and YTD

  • Prepares for and holds weekly labor review calls with RODs and Regional Labor Champs

  • Prepares for and leads divisional labor review meetings with GFD (weekly to monthly)

  • Works directly with FAs in struggling or outlier clinics to revamp schedules to meet labor guidance

  • Recommends labor guidance for individual clinics during budgeting process

  • Works with RODs to design and implement appropriate Leadership and Support Services plan

  • Performs quarterly, proactive labor audit of all facilities

  • Performs ad hoc analysis of Productivity or SWC hot topics as needed

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong alignment with our Mission and Values.

  • Former Facility Administrator with expert-level knowledge of safe, fair, and efficient scheduling

  • Bachelor's Degree; Masters' degree a plus

  • Excellent with Maestro

  • Strong analytically with ability to quickly identify issues with outlier clinics and form recommendations for improvement

VIEW JOBS 9/27/2018 12:00:00 AM 2018-12-26T00:00 Based in Irvine, California, this leader will develop and implement key strategic business initiatives for Dream Team, one of nine operating regions within DaVita's Kidney Care Division. In this role, you will report directly the Group Finance Director and work as a thought partner to our senior team. Our organization's mission is to provide lifesaving dialysis treatment and in in our Southwest region we treat over 25,000 patients across Southern California, Arizona and Nevada. You will join a $1B dollar business operating approximately 275 dialysis clinics. In addition to collaboration with our senior team, you will function as a strategic leader for the field operators as well as an internal consultant. This position is responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives within the region. Representative projects include development of the 3-year strategic plan for the group, identification of new market opportunities, and development of new models of collaboration in existing markets. The Director will join a team of highly motivated individuals and, at this level in our organization, our leadership ranks consist of ex-consultants, military leaders, investment bankers and hospital C-suite executives.
