We're looking for an S&OP Senior Manager for the AMAPAC region, reporting to the AMAPAC S&OP Director. You will play a key role in driving the regional S&OP drumbeat for the Americas, collaborating with the regional leadership team and the relevant Business Unit organizations.

THE ROLE

  • Regional S&OP Cycle

Leading the monthly S&OP drumbeat for BUs in the Americas:

  • Sharing aligned cycle technical guidance

  • Ensuring that the company S&OP process is in place in the relevant markets

  • Consolidating the demand picture

  • Facilitating BU S&OP touchpoints

  • Assisting to create S&OP Decks with message tracks

  • Facilitating Regional reviews including action planning

  • Regional Forecast Reasonability and Sufficiency

Ensuring overall reasonability of sales forecasts for the BUs/brands in scope:

  • Identifying focus areas based on results and business knowledge

  • Leading touchpoints with the relevant BUs to align cycle priorities/actions

  • Understanding business trends and key building blocks to reconcile sales forecast with overall market capacity and sales plan

  • Understanding where BU forecast may cause supply chain tension points that need raising for decision

  • Collaborating with finance to perform S&OP vs financial forecast reconciliation

  • Output S&OP Measures

Owning monthly S&OP scorecard and regional action plans:

  • Validating action plans provided by the BUs to improve product mix predictability and an appropriate level of forecast

  • Owning the consolidation of the BU S&OP health checks into a regional overview with associated action plans

  • Leading Demand Planning Best Practice Governance

Promoting demand planning best practices within the region:

  • Governing the weekly demand control process

  • Acting as the escalation point for PIPO forecast execution issue statements

  • Ensuring the 12-18 month forecast is sufficiently maintained in line with business guidance

  • Ensuring the BU S&OP Submissions match the demand signal in JDA

  • Leading correction of forecast exception messages action with the relevant BUs

  • S&OP Capability building

Working with the BUs and capability team to identify needs and deliver training

  • Managing improvement projects (e.g. process, tools, systems) at a BU, regional or divisional basis

KPIs

  • Sales Plan Performance (Lag1) measuring overall bias for relevant BUs and/or brands

  • Forecast Accuracy (Lag 2) measuring mix accuracy for relevant BUs and/or brands

  • S&OP Health Check score for relevant BUs

  • Weekly Demand Control on track for the region

  • Gap analysis and action plans in place and on track for key metrics

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We'd love to see candidates who have:

  • Excellent business communication skills - written and verbal

  • Strong business understanding - ability to ask the right questions to identify and solve a problem

  • Ability to engage and influence at all levels to bring about change and results improvement

  • Ability to work self-sufficiently - organized and energized to drive a monthly drumbeat

  • Strong understanding and experience of the Demand & S&OP processes including key metrics

  • Strong analytical skills including good working knowledge of Excel and company demand planning software (JDA, MFR)

  • Passion for process standardization and continuous improvement

We're looking for a Lifecycle Management and Supply Senior Manager for the AMAPAC region, reporting to the AMAPAC S&OP/LCM Director. The Product Lifecycle and Supply Manager acts as a key interface between Global LCM, global planning, regional commercial functions and the BUs. They support the brands and business units by leading specific areas of the Lifecycle management and supply operating model in line with corporate and brand strategy. THE ROLE * BRAND & CATEGORY STRATEGY * Provides regional input to the Global Brand LCM on product portfolio where required * NEW INITIATIVES SIZING * Reviews with Global Brand LCM and the appropriate regional/BU stakeholders sizing for key initiatives at key initiative gates. * INITIATIVE LAUNCH MONITORING: * Leads the review of initiative launch shipment performance and ensure necessary forecast adjustments/proposal for production adjustments to avoid excess stock * Collaborates with Global LCM to manage commercial priorities (arbitrage)/early shipment request where required * PORTOFOLIO REVIEW/ON-GOING LIFE: * Facilitates as required market and regional portfolio review exercises and collaborate with Global Brand LCM to identify and implement opportunities for portfolio productivity improvement * Reports on the health of the regional and BU product portfolios * PIPO/DISCO MANAGEMENT * Works with BUs to review and execute PIPO/Discontinuations in line with global alignment * Ensures product supply strategy in place to meet customer needs and minimize the E&O exposure for the company * SUPPLY RISK & ARBITRAGE * Collaborates with the planning hub and regional supply leadership on key regional supply constraints, action plans and communication with BUs * Prepares supply risk input for regional S&OP as required * Executes supply arbitrage process for both new launches and ongoing product portfolio supply in collaboration with BUs, planning hubs, regional commercial teams and Global LCM. * VAR/E&O MANAGEMENT * Collaborates with finance to articulate the E&O position for the region/BUs through quarterly budget and monthly actuals drumbeats * Leads the process to optimize regional E&O in partnership with Brand LCM * Develops the regional VAR (Value at Risk) plans and drive the BU review process * Delivers input to Regional S&OP WHAT YOU'LL BRING We'd love to see candidates who have: * Strong leadership and ability to drive business alignment * Flexibility in thinking and sufficient experience to be able to find meaningful win win solutions in situations of conflicting interests internally * Strong analytical skills including data analysis, root causing and action planning * Experience and strength in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Finance, Supply etc) * Professional fluency in English * Experience in managing budgets * Experience in new product introduction and phase out execution * Experience with Coty Demand planning & business intelligence systems * Knowledge of Coty supply chain set-up WHAT WE OFFER This is unique role with a genuine opportunity to make an impact.
