WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Sr Manager Sales Operations & Incentives you will play a key management role by driving operational and strategic initiatives that support the delivery of the annual revenue plan. The Sr Manager Sales Operations & Incentives will be focused on organization-wide performance tracking, pipeline governance, and implementing data driven process improvements in line with strategic priorities, managing the Sales tech stack accordingly. In collaboration with the sales leadership team, other division executives, and working closely with Vice President FP&A, this role will deliver recurring reporting and analysis that improves revenue visibility, predictability, and forecast accuracy for Ascend Healthcare.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Sales Analytics and Reporting: This involves analyzing sales data, sales KPIs, generating reports, developing consistent forecasting methodologies, and providing insights to drive sales strategy / roadmap to align across Ascend Healthcare with decision-making responsibility.
Sales Compensation and Incentives: Designing and managing sales compensation plans, commission structures, and incentive programs.
Sales Forecasting and Planning: This responsibility involves collaborating with sales teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and creating sales plans to meet company targets.
Annual Planning: This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing the annual sales resource planning exercise across Ascend. This will involve resource addition, territory assignments and sales role definitions.
Team management and leadership: Managing and developing a high-performing sales operations and incentive team, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work culture.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
8+ years of progressive work preferably with Sales Operations and Sales Compensation experience
5+ years of team management experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and solve problems is crucial. Candidate should be able to make data-driven decisions and implement effective solutions to overcome challenges.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and product, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and to clearly convey strategies, results, and insights to stakeholders.
Compensation Design: Creating and managing incentive and compensation programs to motivate the sales team and align efforts w/ business objectives. Quota definition and management. Experience with new whitespace market segmentation. Strong knowledge of balancing company performance/bottom line with sales commission and accelerators.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. They should be able to interpret financial data to make informed business decisions.
Team Leadership and Development: Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales operations team, including hiring, training, and professional development.
Ability to travel up to 15%.
