Quaker Foods North America (QFNA) is PepsiCo's foods and snacks manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This position will be part of the National Sales team.

The Senior Manager of Sales for the Dollar channel contributes to the success of the QFNA by executing a selling plan in this strategic growth channel. This person is responsible to manage key customer relationships to include negotiating customer agreements that deliver against annual operating plans while successfully delivering against the customer's expectations.

The Dollar channel Senior Manager of Sales will develop strategic account plans in order to create plans to deliver net revenue and share gains. This person will lead the selling of Joint Business Plans, Promotions, Marketing, Product Assortment, and Execution for QFNA Categories including Hot Cereal, Ready to Eat Cereal, Snack Bars, Pancake Mix & Syrup, all other QFNA categories with Dollar channel customers.

Job Overview:

Responsible for delivering Net Revenue, Profit and Share growth for QFNA while maximizing Dollar Sales and Profit for Dollar channel customers.

  • Activate National and channel specific marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance

  • Ensure compliance with QFNA contract requirements as well as working closely with Dollar channel management teams to sell in product initiatives

  • Effectively communicate all activities both internally and externally to drive merchandising and execution

  • Analyze business trends to develop business growth strategy

Location semi-flexible. Nashville & Chicago preferred


  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Master's preferred

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience; preferably with a consumer packaged goods organization

  • A minimum of 2 years of fact-based direct selling experience

  • Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and follow up skill

  • Seasoned in conflict management

  • Strong computer skills

  • Solid understanding of financials including P&L impact of sales decisions

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends

  • Proven leadership capability with a track record of influencing large multi-level teams

  • Capability to excel in Sales

  • Commitment and ability to succeed within a fast paced organization

  • Business & financial acumen

  • Warehouse Direct Delivery experience preferred

  • Willing and able to travel 50% of the time

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
