The points below highlight the Job Title duties:
Consults with GEODIS and retailer customers on shipping requirements by obtaining the most relevant retailer routing guides and requirements information to eliminate chargebacks
Partners with GEODIS engineering to establish and implement proper layout of warehouse and product placement by interpreting retail customer requirements that result in effective operational and transportation processes; includes system capabilities and capital requirements
Validates that all operational systems data setup and process documents are accurate to ensure full client routing guide requirements
Establishes standard operating procedures for retailer shipping activities; including verification of inbound and outbound shipments, and the handling and disposition of materials
Ensures operational excellence in all warehouse areas, related equipment, and warehouse management systems
Travel 60% of the time

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field from a 4 year college or university
Masters degree preferred
Minimum 6 years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and training
