JOB TITLE: Sr. Manager, Quality Engineering

LOCATION: 11000 Optum Circle. Eden Prairie, MN 55344

DUTIES: Responsible for advancing quality engineering function and deliverables. Responsible for readying team for cloud and DevOps, while maintaining firm control on project deliverables, quality metrics and finance/budget controls. Ensure Quality Engineering teams can automate systems under test and achieve success at Insprint Automation through innovation and collaboration with quality engineering teams, enterprise architecture, development engineering teams, and related business functions. Serves as strategic technical manager in design and implementation of test software for Communications applications, system architectures and framework or software test tools that achieve desired company, systems application and development functionality. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.

Position requires 8 years of experience involving:

• Python, .Net, Java, SQL, Hadoop, Hive, Spark, Scala or Impala;

• Selenium, TestComplete, WaTin, Robot Framework, CodedUI, UI Automation, Ranorex, Appium, Seetest, Talend, UIPath, Automation Anywhere, Kibana, Elastic Search, dynatrace, or appdynamics;

• nUnit, Junit, TestNG, MBUnit, and Jacoco;

• Neoload, SOASTA, VSTS, Jmeter, Load Runner, and DataDog;

• SoapUI and Hermes JMS;

• Test Track, Confluence, JIRA, MTM, VersionOne, Hudson, Jenkins, CruiseControl, or AWS;

• Github, TFS, MTM, SVN, CVS, or PerForce;

• GH Performer, GH Tester, and GEMS;

Position requires five years of experience in managing/leading teams.

Position requires Three years of experience involving:

• SAFe;
• design and development of automation frameworks and AI Chatbots;
• tool evaluation and POC/prototype development;
• in-sprint automation and performance testing implementation;
• automation and performance engineering of large-scale enterprise applications;
• managing and tracking multiple simultaneous projects and resource levelling of team member time based on priority; and
• building Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to reflect goals and measured progress.

RATE OF PAY: $162,045.00/year
