Our Opportunity:

The Retirement Plan Services (RPS) technology team is responsible for design, implementation, and deployment of mission critical projects and applications that support the requirements of our business and customer community and provide robust and continuous operation for the management of our clients' retirement accounts. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Senior Software Manager to lead all aspects of testing and releases of the applications in our portfolio.

What you'll do:

You will lead a team of Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET's) and QA Engineers throughout the software testing lifecycle ensuring high engagement and high performance in application delivery.

  • Overseeing the design, development, testing, implementation and documentation of business solutions

  • Foster stable support framework for development teams and business units in the area of quality assurance and the development of new or revised applications

  • Review code and test's technical solutions, identify deficiencies and proactively recommends best practice technical solutions.

  • Working with other technology and business leaders you will manage overall portfolio resourcing, scope, delivery, and operational robustness

  • Communicate effectively with other disciplines including Managers, Architects, Developers, You will participate in program level, project level, and technical governance decision making and execution

  • Explore ways to continuously improve quality, delivery, and innovation of our processes and solutions

  • Provide management, leadership and technical guidance to test teams

  • Provide oversight and scheduling coordination for QA activities performed by the QA Team in support of systems and software projects for major lines of business

  • Effectively assist in the transition of a manual testing focused organization to a highly technical team of Software Development Engineer's in Test

What you have:

  • 5+ years of Development and/or Test Management experience.

  • Proven success in partnering and influencing multiple internal domains and external software vendors.

  • 5+ years of automation framework development and enhancement

  • 5+ years of Object Oriented/.NET development experience

  • 5+ years with Microsoft and Atlassian testing stacks including BitBucket and JIRA.

  • Proven experience with Web, desktop, middle tier, and cloud-based applications and architectures.

  • Strong coding skills, especially in the area of Object-oriented programming, with knowledge of design patterns and/or well-architected frameworks (like .NET).

  • Code quality improvement through design/code reviews and advanced debugging techniques.

  • Demonstrated competency with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated competency of Agile SCRUM and Kanban methodologies

  • Previous experience working effectively in globally diverse teams and matrixed organizations

  • Experience with WCF and MVVM pattern, and skills in the areas of unit-testing, performance analysis, debugging, and Secure Software Development

  • Demonstrated competency of Agile SCRUM and Kanban methodologies.

  • Minimum B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent

POSITION: Business Development Manager – integralpart of the Landfill Gas (LFG) Construction and drilling team, the purpose ofthis position is to efficiently manage all pipe installation, drilling and landfillconstruction business. This position is responsible for building market share, managingestimating, and the effective allocation of resources (tools and people) acrossthe country and ensuring the appropriate manpower is determined for eachcustomer, direct project managers, operations managers who in turn overseefield superintendent's projects and oversee the logistics involved across thenation. This position will oversee the overall business, client development andensuring all deliverables are met and direct and continual communication withthe customer. Accountable for updating forecasting models, month close, reportsfor corporate entity, overseeing profit & loss and overseeing cost modelsfor time, material and labor estimates. The Business Development Manager receivesdirect reports from the operations team, project managers and estimators andreports to the LFG Divisional Manager.
