Currently, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager - (SPM) to join and lead our Project & Development Services team. Our Project & Development Services (PDS) division handles project management oversight for a wide array of multi-site projects.

Position Summary:

  • Works as PDS Team Lead and Senior Project Manager for the site, leading the development of scope and schedule for project work.

  • This position will be dedicated on site working directly with the client on a daily basis.

Essential Functions:

  • Implements numerous types of projects and assignments. Projects vary from large complex projects to small projects.

  • Ability to manage MEP, infrastructure, critical areas, lab environment, and office type of projects.

  • Demonstrate the ability to solve problems and address project related issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Coordinate and schedule all project related interruptions and outages with limited or no impact to the client facilities.

  • Proactively manage project-related issues on account or assignment.

  • Develop scope, budget and schedule for assigned projects.

  • Conduct and document all weekly meetings.

  • Coordinate and track all Vendor RFP's. Maintain accurate and consistent electronic files and documentation.

  • Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions.

  • Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors

  • Prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.

  • Demonstrate a proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements in a timely and cost effective manner.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of all project management technology as required for assigned projects.

  • Lead the account and be the main point of contact for multiple technology platforms.

  • Work closely with the Client and Integrated Facilities Management team to manage capital planning and maintenance projects.

  • Work closely with Client user groups in coordinating their specific requirements relative to design, construction and occupancy of their facilities.

  • Work closely with the Integrated Facility Management team in coordinating and implementing projects.

  • Comply with all Jones Lang LaSalle policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Construction Management, Design, or Engineering

  • Strong analytical & problem solving abilities

  • Strong interpersonal skills for building trusted relationships

  • Strong multitasking skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

  • Strong negotiation skills with ability to maintain composure under pressure

  • Self-starter motivated for continuous improvement

  • Computer skills in MS Office, including MS Project

  • Excellent time management

  • 5 years + of project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate the fundamental understanding of Building Information Modeling, Computerized Maintenance Management System, and Building Automation System.

  • Demonstrate understanding of the operational and maintenance need for current and accurate system documentation, Process Flow and Instrumentation Diagrams, Risers, Isometrics, Operation / Installation Manuals, etc.

The Computer System Security Analyst (CSSA) will be focused on the accredited information systems approved to process classified information. The CSSA will be appointed to Information System Security Officer (ISSO) roles based on the information systems under their purview. The CSSA is responsible for the security operations of these systems, including system audits, maintaining information security policies, procedures and settings, pursing administrative updates to the hardware and software baselines, and other assigned projects along those lines. The CSSA will work in concert with the current ISSM and fellow members of the security team to accomplish security initiatives in furtherance of L3 AS&T's overarching mission. . You will demonstrate success by: * Develop and conduct risk assessment procedures for verification of A&A/RMF safeguards to meet various regulatory requirements based upon NISPOM/DAAPM, RMF for DoD IT, JSIG, and NIST guidelines * Assist in the development of SSP, SCTM, POA&M, ConMon Plan, CONOPS, and other RMF BoE artifacts * Monitor IA Program compliance by performing periodic self-inspections, and tests and reviews of the IS program to ensure that systems are operating as authorized/accredited and that conditions have not changed * Build, configure and maintain Windows systems in compliance with DISA STIGs * Evaluate and configure IA or IA-enabled products for use * Ensure systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with security policies and procedures * Perform audits of the IS and IS components to include to detect any anomalous or unauthorized activities * Develops approaches to mitigate vulnerabilities and recommend changes to system or system components as needed * Provide user support to include system account lockouts and troubleshooting issues * Complete continuous monitoring activities in accordance with ConMon Plan * Conduct initial and refresher briefings as required * Perform other duties as assigned by the ISSM and Director of Security * Other duties as assigned.
