Senior Manager of Project Management & Execution (PME) lead and participate in Senior Leadership Team (SLT) defined divisional business critical and highly cross functional projects & project teams, supporting the divisional business and growth plans, utilizing structured project management processes. Responsible for leveraging dedicated project team resources, imbedded divisional resources, corporate resources, and external resources as required to expedite the execution of diverse projects from inception through to completion for the division. This position reports to the VP of Project Management & Execution.
Utilization of PME project management life-cycle structure for a very broad range of divisional projects (size, duration, cross-functionality, and complexity)
Participate & contribute in organization / prioritization, and tracking / reporting processes for the PME project pipeline (ensuring the pipeline adjusts with the divisions vision, direction, and needs)
Lead and participate in SLT defined business critical and highly cross functional projects & project teams, supporting the divisional business and growth plans, utilizing PME structured project management processes, and generating meaningful results and metrics for the division (projects will be highly diverse in nature, and will adjust for the demands of the divisional plans & needs)
Identify, procure, manage, & leveraging dedicated project team resources, imbedded divisional resources, corporate resources, and external resources as required to expedite the execution of diverse projects from inception through to completion for the division (ensuring have adequate resources to achieve the project objectives, maximizing PME resources, without over-burdening or underutilizing organizational resources)
Coach and develop professional talent within the PME team, following Saputo's HR policies
Organize, coordinate, prepare, lead, support, and participate in communications, reporting, and presentations at all levels of internal & external organizations (ELT/SLT to hourly), through varying forms of media comfortably
Perform individual and lead team data collection, problem-solving, ROI calculation and strategies, and root cause analysis to rapidly identify impactful performance & opportunities.
Deliver new PME functional team member skills training and orientation process
Provide professional and technical direction/guidance to team members
Adhere to the Saputo Code of Ethics and actively apply the Saputo Values

Bachelor's degree and 7-years of demonstrated progressive leadership experience within organizations including manufacturing/processing operations (manufacturing leadership not required).
Leadership experience, including project management oversite in one of the following areas: Commercial Operations (Sales, Marketing, R&D, Customer Service), Supply Chain Planning (Demand, Supply, Scheduling), Procurement, Manufacturing Operations (Production, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance), Warehousing/Transportation, Finance, or PMO/Change Management/Strategy
Demonstrated high capacity individual and strong work ethic; self-driven
Must have exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence others.
Strong analytical and statistical skills; demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage or participate in simultaneous projects; strong project management, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organization abilities
Strong interpersonal, listening, and presentation skills.
