Sr Manager, Program Management Ops
This role provides leadership and program management support to projects. Work closely with relevant business units to identify costs associated with projects and program. In this role the person must be an expert, self-starter who requires little direction and knows what to do, deliver exemplary customer service, work with all levels of the organization and be capable of meeting critical, demanding timelines. This individual must be able to translate strategic direction into T-Mobile focus. In addition, they will need to think about the Program Business Partners as well as program management.
7-10 years Program Leadership experience
Experience doing reporting & analysis
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products
Experience managing team
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Direct and manage programs through Program Managers and Sr Program Managers to maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives
Develop and maintain program approach and high- level roadmap to schedule initiative activities, update as needed to match business priorities, constraints and dependencies
Lead program communication activities including building credibility and establishing rapport with stakeholders at multiple levels
Ensure timely communication and escalate program issues, risks, constraints, and dependencies to management and the program stakeholders
Apply knowledge of the T-Mobile business in objective manner to lead the program including cross-functional awareness, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation and conflict resolution
Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
